Hey Niall,
sorry that I have to mention this but I want to protect other people from getting scammed:
Inside their dashboard, there is no way to delete your subscription. There is also no way to delete your default payment method. They confirmed via email that they cancelled my subscription and that they will refund the wrongly charged amounts. A month later, guess what happened? They charged our card again. We will take legal action at this stage, it’s straight fraud.
Same thing happened to us. This company is a scam.
