BuyLottoOnline told me via email that they are licensed to operate in the USA, but they did not specify who issued the license and I haven’t been able to verify it independently. - Poor Customer Service
Having emailed BLO’s customer service three times and only receiving a reply once, I can’t consider this to be one of their strong points. - Unverified Ownership
BuyLottoOnline told me via email that they are owned by R.S. Realworld Services Limited, a company registered in Cyprus. But there is no mention of this company on the website, and I haven’t been able to verify independently that they do own BLO.

This strikes me as strange because no other lottery site I’ve researched is licensed to operate fully in the USA (ie. in all states).
Web & Mobile
You can access BuyOnlineLotto via its website. It does not appear to have a mobile app.
📜 License
I emailed BLO’s support team and asked about their license.
They eventually replied that their service “is only licensed to work in the US jurisdiction market,” but when I asked where the license was from and how I could verify it independently, there was no response 😕
Therefore, it’s safest to assume BuyLottoOnline is unlicensed.

BuyLottoOnline has a poor reputation overall…

How does BuyLottoOnline work?
There are 3 ways to play the lottery online.
One way is via a lottery agent such as BuyLottoOnline.
In theory, here is how it SHOULD work…
- Sign up on BuyLottoOnline at no cost.
- Pick from 20 lotteries.
- Select your numbers and purchase your ticket.
- A team member will buy a real ticket with your numbers.
- You’ll get a scanned copy as confirmation.
- If you win, BuyLottoOnline will alert you after the draw and assist with claiming your prize.
However, given the issues with BLO noted above, it’s probably best to play the lottery via some other, more reputable sites.
Is BuyLottoOnline legit?
It’s unclear, but my gut says no.
Not only was I unable to verify their license, but for a lottery site that only serves the USA market, I would have expected to find listings and reviews for it on both Trustpilot.com and the Better Business Bureau website. ButLottoOnline is suspiciously absent from both for the most part.
The only Trustpilot review I found mentions that they think it’s a phishing scam!
Has anyone won the lottery using BuyLottoOnline?
BLO claims to produce regular lottery winners.
However, I haven’t been able to confirm this, but it’s not unusual for an online lottery site to keep details of their winning players private.
