Pangian Reviews

Is Pangian good for finding a remote job?

Pangian Remote Jobs Site Reviews
  About

A remote jobs site with free and premium listings.

πŸ’°  Price

Free to apply for some jobs, premium plans start at $15/month.

😍  Pros

130+ flexible jobs added each week.

😩  Cons

Cluttered and confusing interface, slow and buggy website.

  Verdict

Some good job listings, but a bit frustrating to browse through them. Pangian Pro doesn’t seem worth it.

Is Pangian Pro worth it?

I paid for Pangian Pro for a month.

With Pro you get access to about twice as many job postings each week, plus some other features.

However, I found premium job sites like FlexJobs and Virtual Vocations to have far more job listings and be much easier to use.

So if you’re looking to invest a few bucks to speed up your remote job search, I’d recommend using one of those sites instead of Pangian.

  1. I went through all the trouble of setting up my free profile on Pangian, only to find that it displayed only THREE jobs (with no filters applied). I have no idea why there are only three active jobs on the site — none of which was even remotely a good match for my skills — but the promise that a paid membership would double the number of jobs is pretty pathetic. Oh, so I can pay to see SIX jobs that I’d never apply to?? What a complete waste of time. I’m disgusted by the resources I relied on recommending this site.

  2. *TERRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!*
Same as other comment, I tried the Pro service once and was charged again a year later.
There is absolutely NO WAY to contact this piece of $hit company to ask for my money back. Will have to refuse the charge through my bank now, thanks for the unnecessary headache Pangian.
No luck finding a job through this terrible service either.

  3. I agree with Niall. It’s definitely not worth it. I’ve been a member for two years reviewing the free listings. I paid for Pro for a year since I saw better quality job listings with this upgrade. I wasn’t aware that they would charge me automatically annually. They just charged my account through PayPal with no reminder a few days before (which many companies do to make sure the money is there). Given the financially challenging times that we’re in I told them that this was not in my budget. No response. I emailed Mag personally disputing this requesting an email confirmation that my email was received and my account was closed out. No response. Of all the jobs I applied to I only received one response and that employer was an identity thief that I happen to catch early.
    DO NOT REGISTER WITH PANGIAN!!
    Go to the other sites.
