About the Author

Niall Doherty

Hey, I’m Niall Doherty.

I quit my last 9-to-5 job back in 2010.

Since then, I’ve earned my living online in various ways. Over the last 4 years (through 2023) I’ve earned $842,000 from my laptop, mostly via affiliate marketing.

I’m on a mission to accurately rate and review all the best affiliate marketing courses. My team and I have spent 900+ hours investigating these courses and getting feedback from real students.

All that to say: we know a thing or two about such courses and making money online.

The Best Affiliate Marketing Course?

We’re on a mission to find the best affiliate marketing course. Aside from researching and reviewing these courses ourselves, we also survey real students and share their insights.

How does Blog Growth Engine help you make money?

Blog Growth Engine aims to help you build and grow a blog that gets tons of traffic from Google and other search engines.

You would mainly monetize that traffic via affiliate marketing.

Affiliate marketing is when you promote other people’s products or services, and collect a commission for each successful referral.

BGE does touch on other ways to monetize a blog – eg. via display ads – but affiliate marketing is the main monetization method they teach.

In terms of how Blog Growth Engine differs from other blogging / affiliate marketing courses, I’d say it’s mainly in 2 ways…

  1. Adam emphasizes the need to treat your blog as a startup, not a hobby.
  2. You are advised to build your blog around your own personal brand.

Who is Blog Growth Engine for?

Blog Growth Engine is advertised as a course for everybody, both beginners and experts alike…

Above: screenshot from a BGE sales page.

Regardless of your starting point, you will learn a lot from Blog Growth Engine. But due to the relatively hefty price tag and short refund period, I’d argue that it’s best suited for people who are serious about blogging as a business.

It’s nice to see that Adam emphasizes on his sales page that the course is NOT a get-rich-quick scheme…

Note that it usually takes several months or even years to earn a good income from a new blog. So you should only sign up for a course like Blog Growth Engine with the understanding that you’ll need to do a lot of work up front before reaping any big rewards.

That said, there is a module in the training about monetizing your skills with services…

Above: screenshot from the “Monetizing Your Skills with Services” module.

This can be a great way to earn good money while building your blog. They show you how to freelance many of the skills you develop as a blogger, such as article writing and link building.

Does Adam Enfroy have a good reputation?

Yes.

Adam’s blogging success story is quite compelling. He started his own blog at adamenfroy.com in 2019 and built it to over 500,000 monthly readers and $100,000 monthly revenue in about 2 years.

Here’s a video where Adam tells the story of his blogging success…

We investigated Adam’s backstory for this review and he certainly seems to be the real deal.

Probably the only criticism that could be aimed at him is that he tends to rank products or services on his website based on how much he can earn in affiliate commissions. Within Blog Growth Engine, he recommends his students do this, too.

Are Adam Enfroy’s students getting results?

We’ve yet to find a ton of success stories from students of Blog Growth Engine. But that’s likely because the course is relatively new.

Adam does show a handful of impressive student success stories on his sales pages, which I have no reason to doubt.

We’ve reached out to many students of the course privately, asking about their experience.

I’d say the following is a typical result of an active BGE student…

I started the course [six months ago] and, after finishing the course, built my website and associated blog… Though my site is new, I’ve already made about $500 in affiliate revenues from one of my posts.

Teri AmbroseTeri Ambrose

Adam’s teachings do seem effective, so I’m confident we’ll see plenty of BGE success stories as time goes on.

How much does Blog Growth Engine cost?

The regular price of Blog Growth Engine is listed as one payment of $3,997.

However, if you go through this link you should see the price reduced to $1,497. That’s a 62% discount 😎
There are no recurring costs for the training itself; you get lifetime access once you sign up.

Be aware that you will need to spend more money to follow the training properly. Adam notes that your budget should be “around $132 to start and $25/month” thereafter.

Blog Growth Engine Discount?

As noted above, you can get a 62% discount on Blog Growth Engine via this link.

The lowest price available is one payment of $1,497.

Refund Policy

Blog Growth Engine has a 14-day money-back guarantee.

At the checkout you will be asked to agree to the following before you can join the course…

I like to see at least a 30-day refund policy for a course like this, and presumably you need to meet all the requirements above within the first 2 weeks to qualify for a refund.

That said, I’ve yet to see any complaints about the refund policy from students.

How is Blog Growth Engine structured?

The course interface is simple and straightforward.

blog growth engine review dashboard
Screenshot from inside Blog Growth Engine

The course is broken up into 11 sections or “phases.” Each lesson is a video, and if you watch them all at normal speed it will take you about 40 hours.

Unfortunately there aren’t any transcripts or subtitles for the videos, and the search function isn’t great, so it might be tricky to find your way back to a particular lesson or part of a lesson.

That said, the videos are well done. And it’s not just Adam teaching the course…

The program’s trainers – Adam and Colin Shipp – complement each other nicely. Occasionally, they do fly-ins to further enhance your learning on building a profitable blog.

Peter HoopisPeter Hoopis

You’ll also see lessons from Jessica La in the Monetizing Your Skills with Services module.

Once you enroll in BGE you also get access to…

  • A private Facebook group for students
  • A private link exchange group on Slack
  • Unlimited 1-on-1 coaching calls

That last one is pretty unique; I don’t think I’ve seen any other blogging or affiliate marketing course offering unlimited coaching calls. The calls aren’t with Adam himself, but with one of the several experienced and knowledgeable coaches on his team.

And we keep hearing rave reviews about the private community…

Almost as valuable as the course material is gaining access to the program’s Facebook community. I’ve collaborated with other members for guest posts and other opportunities.

Green Lights 🟢

Here are a few things to like about Blog Growth Engine…

  • Adam Enfroy walks his talk.
  • Success stories seem to be legit.
  • Active and supportive private community.
  • 1-on-1 coaching calls (this is rare).
  • 14-day money-back guarantee.
  • The training is practical and step-by-step.
  • Regularly updated, with free updates for existing students.
  • No overhyped promises.
  • Private link exchange group.

Red Flags 🚩

Some knocks on Blog Growth Engine…

  • Expensive compared to most other blogging courses (even with the discount).
  • Not many success stories to date, probably because the course is still quite new.
  • Search function is limited; can be tricky to find your way back to specific parts of the training.
  • Questionable training on how to rank products (mainly recommending to rank according to profitability).

Other things you should know

  • One reviewer referred to this course as “a huge deconstruction of Adam Enfroy’s personal use case,” and that’s a good way of thinking about it. It’s basically Adam showing you exactly what he did to grow his blog to $100,000+ per month.
  • Colin Shipp tells us that Blog Growth Engine is more suitable for bloggers and content creators than affiliate SEOs. The latter audience seems to prefer courses like The Authority Site System and The Affiliate Lab.
  • You’ll notice several useful downloads available in the training, such as the Niche Selection Worksheet Template.

Should you join Blog Growth Engine?

It’s apparent that both Adam Enfroy and his course are legit. Adam clearly walks his talk and I’ve seen encouraging early feedback and success stories from his students.

Overall, most people who sign up for Blog Growth Engine seem to end up happy with their purchase.

However, this course is quite expensive compared to other blogging and affiliate marketing courses I’ve reviewed (see below).

I would mainly recommend it for people who are serious about blogging as a business, especially if Adam’s free content on YouTube appeals to you.

My Blog Growth Engine Experience So Far

I joined Blog Growth Engine in November 2023 after following Adam on YouTube for about a year.

Being a guy who NEVER gives away a single dime without thinking about it five thousand times, I waited quite a while to join. In the beginning, I had no idea about blogging and SEO.

However, by learning the ropes through Adam’s YouTube channel, I was able to get my local business website to the first page of Google for the most competitive local keywords.

I continue to learn about this Google traffic that brings customers every month. After I realized the tips were working, I started a blog about AI tools.

This was thought to be a hobby, but with the same tips I used before, the website started to gain traction. After the end of November 2023, after I got about 800 monthly clicks, I decided to give Blog Growth Engine a try.

You would say: “But why? Your websites worked anyway!” First, it was Black Friday, and the price was low. Second, I was so grateful for the knowledge I was getting for free that I felt the urge to contribute.

And finally, I want to grow my site into something bigger, and I need to be around people with the same goals. But don’t forget: I was as skeptical as ever!

I thought to take advantage of the 14-day trial period if the information seemed not thorough enough or if I couldn’t find anything new. And oh boy, there was a lot of stuff to learn!

The part that hooked me the most at first was Kevin Meng’s Web Copy Masterclass. This class is ridiculously good!

I’m not a writer at all, although I love to write. I’m not a native English speaker. And I thought affiliate blogging was more about SEO analysis and finding information than the writing itself anyway.

Kevin proved me wrong! His course and templates teach you how to create working sales copy that is easy to read and has no fluff. As for sales pages, affiliate sites need to keep the reader engaged.

The second course within Blog Growth Engine that is an absolute blast is the Link Building Course.

Believe me, I have watched about a hundred of these videos on YouTube over the past few months. None gave me as clear and actionable a strategy as Blog Growth Engine.

Now I’m in my link-building phase, watching my DR grow slowly and learning how to communicate with people. That’s important when you want to grow your business, right?

Third, the community is great. You get access to tons of use cases, people are sharing their successes and ideas all the time, it’s freaking awesome!

A little disclaimer: I’m not here for easy money, a side hustle, or passive income. I’m here to build something big, and I’m pretty sure I’ve found the best course in the world to learn how.

Pros and Cons

  • Loads of useful information that will be available to you forever.
  • A buzzing community where everyone shares ideas and wins.
  • The coaches who teach you are real people, and they are eager to help you within the community.
  • It's a 3000+ member group, so sometimes it takes a while for a coach to answer your question.
  • The price tag is still high.
  • You need skills like building a website and using writing tools to succeed.

Best Blogging Course In My Opinion

After trying multiple blogging courses and affiliate marketing strategies, I’m glad I came upon Blog Growth Engine.

I’ve successfully grown my blog over the past two years by implementing the information I learned. I can truly say that the strategies taught in Blog Growth Engine are working.

I followed the steps in the course and changed my content strategy, learned to format my posts, implemented on-page SEO, started to focus on off-page SEO, and joined 40+ affiliate programs. This has resulted in a steady passive income stream from multiple affiliate programs. That would not have been possible without Adam, the team, and the community.

Even though Blog Growth Engine is the best blogging course I have purchased, it’s always up to you what you make of it. I know it is expensive and that’s one of the downsides to the course. However, in my case, it has been worth it.

Pros and Cons

  • The strategies tought in the course are actually working, and the coaches have real world experience.
  • BGE is hosted on Skool, so the course, community and all additional resources are in the same place.
  • The Slack link exchange group makes it easier to do outsourcing and find link partners.
  • The price of the course is quite high.
  • They recommend additional tools which brings up the overall cost. Still, the tools help with automating and scaling the business, so they are worth it in the end.
  • A lot of video content that takes time to go through.

I loved the course

I purchased Blog Growth Engine two months ago. The course focuses on making affiliate commissions through your blog.

I went through the training and started to implement the advice provided there, basically everything from keyword research to getting backlinks. I loved it. Everything is well explained, the coaches are great to work with, and I am seeing results.

My website got to DR15 in 21 days following the advice given. I am not yet monetizing it consistently as it’s too early, but I am looking forward to doing it sooner rather than later.

Worth the Investment!

I recently had the chance to take Adam Enfroy’s Blog Growth Engine course. I purchased the training in February 2023, and took a few months to listen and absorb all the content.

The course is well-structured, making it easy to follow, even for someone like me who’s relatively new to blogging. From keyword research to content creation and monetization strategies, it covers all the crucial aspects of building a successful blog.

During each module, the coaches encourage students to put their lessons into action. While I understood that, I felt like it took me longer to absorb the information and implement the tasks. I was hoping to earn the BGE cost ($997) back by six months. However, I wasn’t seeing that return, in part to my inaction and longer learning curve.

After eight months, I started to see some traction with impressions and traffic to my site. It was motivating, and I began to put better processes in place. Although I still haven’t earned my course fee back, I do feel better about where I am now from this course.

You know what really makes this course stand out? It’s the personal touch from all the coaches. They’re always there in the Skool community, answering questions and giving support. You can tell they genuinely care about their students’ success.

If you want to elevate your blog and take your affiliate marketing efforts to the next level, I highly recommend checking out this program. Trust me, it’s a game-changer that can really make a difference in your online journey!

Pros and Cons

  • The video modules are not that dry - easy to listen to for beginners.
  • The community is great to learn from others and ask questions.
  • Support via coaching calls and Q&A sessions.
  • The cost: it's steep, but you are investing in your education.
  • Your success won't always be overnight. Need to set expectations.
  • Some examples shown were hard to follow in the videos.

Overall Good Value For Money

I bought the BGE course almost three months ago without prior experience with website development or affiliate marketing. The course was quite enlightening, teaching me many strategies and tactics that were new to me.

While I’m happy with the overall content and community support for exchanging links and answering questions, there were some areas where I felt a little let down.

The course wasn’t fully transparent about the additional investment required for tools, and scheduling the coaching calls is not as easy as promised. Despite these issues, I still think the course is valuable.

There were some instructional videos where I wish they had gone into more detail, but overall, they explained things well. Therefore, I would recommend this course to someone looking to start or grow in affiliate marketing.

Pros and Cons

  • The community for asking questions, sharing knowledge and exchanging links.
  • The possibility to get personalized advise from the coaches.
  • No prior knowledge about affiliate marketing required.
  • Coaching calls are hard to schedule.
  • No transparency about additional costs before buying the course.
  • Some things could have been explained in more detail.

My review of Blog Growth Engine

Embarking on my affiliate marketing journey, I invested in Adam Enfroy’s Blog Growth Engine (BGE) course. As someone with a background in mechanical engineering and computer science, I was looking for a program that would be both comprehensive and actionable.

BGE delivered on both fronts. The content was well-structured, diving deep into the nuances of affiliate marketing and highlighting practical strategies for growth.

After implementing the lessons from the course, I established my website. I have combined my academic knowledge with blogging, leading to consistent ad and affiliate revenue.

The study, in particular, was instrumental in helping me understand the critical facets of affiliate marketing, from content creation to driving traffic and optimizing conversions.

Was my venture was entirely smooth? Not necessarily. Like any business, there were challenges. However, the course gave me a sturdy foundation and the tools to adapt, pivot, and grow.

Would my affiliate marketing business be successful? Absolutely. While there’s always room for growth and evolution, the ROI regarding knowledge and revenue has been undeniably positive.

Pros and Cons

  • Covered all aspects of affiliate marketing.
  • Very organized.
  • Designed also for beginners in this field.
  • A little expensive.
  • Not enough examples of successful ventures.
  • Community could help out more.

I'm so lucky I found this class!

I enrolled in Adam Enfroy’s Blog Growth Engine course, which almost immediately revolutionized my website. Before this course, I didn’t even realize how little I knew about the internet and how much business I was missing out on. I’ve since told many people I won the lottery for stumbling upon this class.

As a designer, I always thought SEO and digital marketing were beyond my capabilities. Not only has my organic traffic taken off, but I’m making consistent money through affiliate marketing.

Adam’s take on personal branding makes sense in all markets, and with his coaches provides tons of high-value tools that make this class extremely valuable. Yes, a decent amount of effort goes into making everything work, but if you follow the course, it will work.

The most valuable part of the class is the access to the coaches and the BGE community. Not only do they host weekly training calls, but you can also participate in one-on-one calls that are a complete game-changer. Trying to build something from scratch can be lonely, and it’s easy to get in your head, so it’s always nice to know there’s someone there to help when you need it.

I highly recommend this course for anyone interested in blogging or taking their small business website to the next level. You will be shocked at what you can accomplish in a few months!

Pros and Cons

  • The community is fantastic and is very motivating.
  • The coaches have diverse skill sets and are so helpful.
  • The class is always updating as the online world shifts.
  • This system requires a lot of work, but it's worth it.
  • You need a lot of extra digital programs to make everything run smoothly.
  • The upfront cost is high, but it's worth it.

My Experience with Blog Growth Engine

I’m currently enrolled in Adam Enfroy’s blogging course. It has been an invaluable resource for me, a newbie blogger and affiliate marketer. I was initially skeptical, given the many programs on passive income that promise a lot without delivering much.

However, Adam’s training stood out for its practicality, the depth of information provided, and the genuine expertise Adam brings.

What I found most beneficial about this course was its comprehensiveness. It covers everything from how to set up a blog, SEO, content writing, and affiliate marketing to scaling the business.

The lessons are not just about theories but are packed with actionable strategies and real-life examples. Those helped me understand and implement what I learned immediately.

Additionally, Adam himself is a successful blogger who practices what he preaches. He gave me a lot of confidence with the advice he shared.

The course also provides access to a community of like-minded individuals, which is an amazing support network where we share our challenges, successes, and insights.

Therefore, Blog Growth Engine is an investment in knowledge and skills that has already begun paying off for me.

Pros and Cons

  • Live Q & As session every week.
  • The BGE team is very approachable, easy to reach and helpful with all your questions.
  • Guide on how to set up your own website, literally step-by-step from suggesting a webhost to writing your first post and so on.
  • The wealth of information can be overwhelming for absolute beginners. However, the course structure allows you to go at your own pace, which I found very helpful.

Sometimes all it takes to succeed is just to keep going

I enrolled in Blog Growth Engine in February of 2022. I’m in full time employment but I’ve always been one to experiment with other outlets and ideas online.

Having experimented with similar schemes in the past I was naturally wary of another that promised much but delivered little. It seems to me that the quickest way to make money online is by selling courses that teach people how to make money online.

However, I was impressed enough by the introductory videos since they contained information that proved Adam knows what he’s talking about. I took the plunge and I haven’t regretted it.

My blog has grown and I have had offers of freelance work as a result. I’m not yet at the stage where the blog is making a lot of money each month, but that’s because the process hasn’t reached that stage yet. So far, my progress is on track and all I have to do is keep going.

That is the key in so many ventures. It’s not that the system doesn’t work. It’s more that out of 100 people who start, only a few will keep going long enough for the magic to happen. You have to keep at it week in, week out, even when you don’t seem to be making any progress.

The BGE community can offer support. You can also book coaching calls where your blog and your methods are scrutinised for improvements.

Pros and Cons

  • Clear and explicit presentation.
  • Methodical approach.
  • Valuable insights and additional tips.

The best course if you want to make money blogging

I’ve never felt so confident and inspired that I can make a living through blogging. Adam and Colin are refreshingly transparent about their journey, sharing both their early mistakes and realistic expectations you should have as a beginner.

I hesitated about spending money as I’m an experienced marketer with over 8+ years in the industry. I had already chosen my niche, created my website, finished keyword research, learned SEO tactics, and investigated my monetization options. So while some modules may not have directly applied to my situation, the course, as a comprehensive package, including the support group, link exchange group, unlimited 1:1 coaching, and lifetime access to course updates, unquestionably justifies its cost. I have no regrets about investing in BGE.

I’ve gone through some modules believing I already knew everything presented there. Still, I learned something new that seemed small but impacted my website growth. I’m therefore making sure that I go through every module and do not miss out on anything. Adam and Colin share quality advice built on their experiences running insanely profitable websites that I want to replicate.

Pros and Cons

  • All modules containg real life examples of how Adam and his team got to where they are
  • Unlimited 1:1 coaching calls with your choice of coach and weekly Zoom Q&As
  • Lifetime access to a course that is regularly updated with the newest strategies
  • I don't think there is an option to pay in installments

Blog Like a Start Up – Taught by People Who Actually Care

I wanted to generate passive income and looked at many affiliate courses to accelerate the learning curve. After reviewing lots, I purchased Adam Enfroy’s training Blog Growth Engine.

The difference in this course was building an affiliate website owned solely by me. Many other courses advocate social media ads, but that puts you at the mercy of the social platform and their algorithm. If Twitter or Meta drastically change course, where does that leave your ‘business’?

The Blog Growth Engine course goes through many modules, including choosing the right niche, the mindset needed, blogging like a business, technical website setup, keyword research, link building, affiliate programs, scaling, services and more.

The approach ‘Blog like a startup’ is unique and sets the course on its own ground. It enables you to use your time effectively, pivot where needed and be ruthless with your decision-making.

BGE also offers unlimited coaching calls from people that have succeeded. There are specialist coaches for certain things that are super useful. There is also a community hosted on the Skool platform that has been invaluable for me to meet other people trying to succeed.

Lastly, the course has gone one step further as it recognizes that building your own website and authority does not happen overnight. Longterm, you are better off with this approach as you own everything. However, you can’t generate revenue as straightforwardly as you can with ads. I didn’t fully appreciate that at first!

Therefore, it gives additional modules and coaching on selling and packaging the skills you have learned in the course. Those include writing, link building, and SEO services to delivering full-content strategy and implementations, along with technical SEO.

You are not obliged to do all this. However, that was fundamental for me to cover costs and escape the 9 to 5 while building my site and growing the passive income side of my online business.

Pros and Cons

  • Adam and Colin actually care about your success and are active in the community
  • It covers everything for a true beginner and assumes you know nothing (like I didn't!)
  • The community is invaluable for ongoing success and sharing wins (and defeats at times!)
  • The downloads and course material could have been better (I think this is much better now, though)
  • I was unaware of the required and optional tools that cost $200 to $400 a month. They are not mandatory, but it would be difficult without them.

Adam Enfroy's BGE course is top of the line

My experience with Blog Growth Engine thus far has been absolutely positive. I’ve been enrolled for a month and I’ve seen some results after applying the methods in his course. I have two blogs and I’ve drastically increased my traffic on the first one and I’ve started earning some money as well – which is amazing!

My personal blog is undergoing a redesign as per the course’s teachings. I will start posting in overdrive again when it’s ready and I cannot wait.

Pros and Cons

  • The support - having the ability to book a session with a trainer is priceless. And I have unlimited sessions.
  • The videos are detailed and to the point.
  • The community is awesome. People share their wins and help each other level up in a positive way.
  • I haven't had any negative experiences to date.

Concise, insightful, and actionable

I purchased Blog Growth Engine after watching a million YouTube videos about SEO and blogging. I’m an experienced hobby blogger but wanted insights into what it takes to monetize and turn a hobby into a business. That is exactly what this course provided.

Though you can find enough similar information online for free, having it streamlined into one info-packed course made it clear to me what I needed to do to pursue my goals.

I’m only six months into my journey, so I haven’t yet created a profitable website. However, I have grown my site traffic to over 500 organic visitors per month, and I have had over 40 clicks on affiliate links. To me, this is evidence that following what I learn in the course works.

Besides the information presented in the course, the biggest benefit is the community. It’s both helpful and inspiring to interact with other students in the course. Ongoing support has been excellent.

The downside of this course is that simply taking the course won’t accomplish anything for you. If you want to see results, you still have to put in a lot of work and effort.

Pros and Cons

  • Topic coverage
  • Realistic approach
  • No sugar coating
  • Results take a ton of work

I made my first Affiliate Blogging revenue! It works!

I recently purchased the Blog Growth Engine course by Adam Enfroy and Colin Shipp after binge-watching Adam’s YouTube videos on treating your blog like a business and affiliate marketing.

I initially hesitated about joining BGE because I already have a lot of marketing experience. But not the kind of experience that Adam has to make life-changing money. So, I don’t regret my purchase of the course for $1,200 on sale. It’s worth way more. To put it into perspective, many SEO coaches charge $100 just for 1 hour.

Adam’s genuine approach, expertise, proof of enormous earnings, and success stories from his students, along with unlimited coaching, mentoring, and support, were the main reasons I decided to take a chance on this.

BGE teaches current methods to maximize affiliate earnings and is more than just a course, it’s a complete support system. It’s honestly like an online MBA for SEO minus lessons that make you want to snooze. BGE ultimately teaches how to treat your blog like a business and get your blog to work for sure.

Since joining, I’ve seen faster growth on my website by following their strategies. I’ve made $21 in affiliate revenue so far using what BGE teaches. It takes work to grow a site; it’s not an overnight success thing.

BGE proves that blogging is alive and well and ranking for money-making keywords on Google is possible with their guidance. One more thing, the community is very active and supportive of each other’s progress too.

Pros and Cons

  • Unlimited Group and Individual Coaching Calls - More than a course, it's a mastermind.
  • You learn all aspects of running a blog like a business.
  • The content is not theory or tactics from the past - it's what's working now.
  • Not enough content for advanced bloggers yet (using coaching for advanced help).
  • More frequent course updates (they're currently upgrading to BGE 4.0 based on feedback).

Blog Growth Engine review

I paid for Blog Growth Engine which I learned about from reading Adam Enfroy’s blog and viewing his YouTube channel.

It’s a course about blogging and using a blog to create passive income through monetized posts and affiliate marketing. Some people are making over $10k a month in passive income, and that’s what I’m looking for.

Using the course curriculum and establishing my personal brand, I’ve created the startup emerybowles.com to write about Remote Work Tools, Working From Home, and Digital Nomadism.

I haven’t been at it long enough to make any money (only a few months so far), but with the teachings of Blog Growth Engine, the coaches and the support this course offers, I believe I’ll get there. I’ve already learned so much and I haven’t even finished all of the curricula yet.

Pros and Cons

  • Very detailed explanations of the core concepts of Blogging and Affiliate Marketing
  • Unlimited coaching calls for extra guidance
  • Actionable plans and milestones to measure your progress
  • Difficulty in scheduling coaches (they are all pretty busy)
  • Backlinking could be better explained (at least from an actionable perspective)
  • Instructors speak very fast sometimes! (but there are transcripts available)

Blog Growth Engine Review

I bought Adam Enfroy’s course “Blog Growth Engine” and I have been actively working on my blog for approximately four months now.

Adam’s course helped me understand what is important when starting. I had been wasting my time trying to create a perfect website and procrastinating content creation. What I have learned is that you need to take a minimum viable approach and start quickly. I was able to start my website in just one or two days and began writing the content.

Another useful tip was to think big and not limit yourself to a niche website. Doing so has enabled me to create my brand, which I can easily pivot in different directions.

Additionally, as a non-native English speaker, I was struggling to write good-quality content. In the course, I have learned how to create a content assembly line and write SEO-optimized content with the help of AI tools. They help me to rephrase my thoughts and improve my grammar.

All in all, this course is a good starting point for beginners. It features essential topics without getting too technical. Moreover, Adam works on your mindset and specifically emphasizes that blogging is a business and it requires the right mindset to make it successful. As a beginner, it is very important to understand that.

Although the course is quite expensive, it offers live coaching sessions which you can book if feeling stuck. I have not used this feature yet, so I cannot comment on the experience.

So far in 4 months, I have written 30 articles but still haven’t got any traffic to my website. The plan is to continue following Adam’s guidelines and start putting much more effort into link-building to increase the domain authority.

Pros and Cons

  • Mindset work.
  • Content assembly line.
  • Minimum viable approach.
  • Price.

Probably the best course on blogging in the world

I started blogging in late 2021 on Medium, and I wrote 200+ posts in 6 months. I knew I could write, but I didn’t know how to monetize my writing. I was shopping around for blogging courses and followed Adam Enfroy’s YouTube channel for a few months before eventually purchasing the course.

Since then this happened:

I’ve learned how to rank on the first page of Google for multiple keywords in 8-12 weeks since I started. The insight into keyword research and niche selection has been invaluable. Adam and his team also know when to stop teaching and instead push you to learn more from free resources.

– I’ve also learned blogging is more about running a business than writing. Because I get discovered by companies/individuals, I have started to build mutually beneficial partnerships.

– There are more ways to make money online than just affiliate marketing.

– The community that Adam and his team have built is almost as valuable as the course itself. You can always find someone who’s done it before and is willing to help you.

Pros and Cons

  • Scaling yourself while still being authentic.
  • The concept that blogging is more than writing – it is building a business.
  • A very supportive community of fellow bloggers & coaches.
  • I hoped it would be cheaper. Still, after seeing it in action for a few months, I know it was worth it.

My Blog Growth Engine Review

Before starting my online business, I knew I needed to get more information to be successful. I did some research and found the Blog Growth Engine Course by Adam Enfroy. I decided to take his course to interact with and get access to those who have more experience than me.

Although the upfront cost is steep compared to other blogging courses, it was well worth the investment. Not only do you get to watch videos on demand, but you are also invited into a supportive and welcoming community of classmates/bloggers. This course provides continual feedback, course updates, one-on-one mentorship, and opportunities exclusive to the BGE community. I can’t recommend this course enough and all of the hard work it took to create such a great platform and community.

Although at this time I can’t commit to my online business full-time, I have started gaining a little traction because I took the BGE course. Without the knowledge and support the course and community provides, I wouldn’t be where I am today with my online business. It is still a learning process and there is so much room for growth, but I am making progress and that is what counts.

Pros and Cons

  • This course provides not only information, but community support and interaction.
  • I love that you continue to get updates on learning modules and other business updates even after you finish the course.
  • If needed, you get one-on-one mentorship and can join live question-and-answer sessions weekly.
  • Although it is well worth the investment, the price is what I least liked about the course.

Great course for a Proven and Unique Path to Growing a Personal Blog

This course is great for learning how to scale a blog, subsequently monetized by affiliate marketing. Adam’s teachings and approach to building a blog with the mindset of a startup company are something I haven’t seen before. It helped me change my mindset toward blogging.

I am currently building my blog following the Blog Growth Engine lessons, but have yet to see significant results as SEO always takes time. In saying that, I have built high-authority websites in the past, so I know that the information in this course will positively influence my outcome.

More importantly, a lot about blog-building is being patient while you wait for Google’s growth algorithm to pick up. That is where mindset comes into play. Adam’s approach to these areas, in addition to his process strategies, is something I haven’t come across before. Thinking of my blog as a business had an immediate effect on how I approached building my blog.

Pros and Cons

  • Practical and straightforward
  • Walks the walk, not just talks the talk
  • Great 'Mindset' piece that actually helped!
  • It could use more step-by-step information
  • High cost

Highly recommended for everyone who wants to run a serious business

I am one of the first students of BGE, starting the course in June 2021.

Back then my blog was 6 months old and had 500 monthly visitors with 0 EUR income. I struggled to make the purchasing decision for this course, and I believe with the price tag, many beginners will struggle as well. But looking back, it was one of my best investments.

My blog has grown to 3500 monthly visitors in the SaaS niche, generating a good profit each month, and this by investing 2 hours a day on average. Hence, the course has paid off already.

BGE has helped me to set up my strategy, find my niche, and decide where to invest my limited time to get the most out of it. What I like the most is the focus on how to create your business rather than just creating content. It has helped me to outsource my content writing and part of my link-building.

Also, especially for beginners, you will find lots of gold nuggets when it comes to monetization strategies through services or affiliate marketing. You will learn how to value your site to be able to negotiate better with potential partners. This knowledge alone was worth the money I spent.

Besides the course, Adam has built a great private community with like-minded people exchanging experiences and awesome tips. I regularly read through the threads and comments, as I often find some useful information.

Also, BGE offers 3 live Q&A sessions each week with successful former students of BGE. The coaches are good, but I wish that Adam himself would offer this opportunity more frequently. There is also the opportunity to schedule 1:1 calls with the coaches, so you won’t be alone on your journey.

For me, overall, the course is brilliant. It could have more details on some topics like on-page SEO and topic cluster building, but in terms of scaling and monetization, Adam and his team shares very valuable information.

I highly recommend this course to everyone who wants to run a serious business.

Pros and Cons

  • Helped me to think and act like a business owner rather than a content creator
  • Awesome community and support
  • Advanced tactics to grow and monetize your business
  • I would love to see more engagement and content from Adam himself
  • Could be more content on technical audit and topic clusters/on-page SEO

The Only Blog Affiliate Marketing Course You Need

My partner and I took the Blog Growth Engine course in June 2021. We were newbies in the blogging industry while juggling our full-time jobs. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better course to guide us as we build, monetize, and scale our blog.

The best way to learn is to experience things first-hand. Since Adam went from zero to earning six digits from his website, we wanted his insights about monetizing blogs to help us achieve our goals.

We loved the no-nonsense approach of some modules. Adam’s approach is single-mindedly about scaling a blog like a business. It doesn’t jump the focus to other platforms like Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube.

Our favorite modules were the practical, hands-on instructions. It has detailed lessons like using AI to scale your writing and using Ahrefs to conduct keyword research.

Adam and Colin guide their students to test, pivot, and adjust their niche based on how the content performs on Google. The course gave us the skills to write ranking posts in different niches like fitness at home and side hustles.

There is also a module about the essential tools and plug-ins you will need to create and run your site. This includes step-by-step instructions on how to use them. We appreciated that the course did not sell unnecessary subscriptions or tools. It focuses on the bare minimum that you need to do and spend to get your blog up and running, with bonus modules on how to scale it like a business ultimately.

Blog Growth Engine prompted me to come out of the planning phase and set up & launch my blog. Before taking the course, launching a money-making blog was simply an idea for me. The course has helped me to quickly launch an MVP version of my website and accelerated my understanding of the various streams of income. E.g. using my blog to make money from affiliate commissions, ads, writing, partnerships with brands, and partnerships with fellow bloggers.

Still, I have made less money than I expected. There are two main reasons for that.

Firstly, Adam talks a lot about how quickly he scaled his blog into a 6 or 7-figure income generator. He sets the wrong expectation that anyone following his course can quickly get there as well. I assumed that I would be able to make at least a 5-figure income. Over 17 months later, I’m still nowhere close to that.

Secondly, for the first 12 months after launching the blog, I wasn’t consistent with the strategies taught within the course. I was working on my blog as a hobby instead of a full-time job. So, my lack of input has also contributed to being far from the financial expectations set out by Adam.

Overall, this course gave my partner and me a solid understanding of monetizing and scaling our blog. We think it fulfilled what we needed from the course and haven’t felt the need to sign up for any other blogging courses.

Pros and Cons

  • Hands-on training focused on blogging
  • Easy-to-follow, digestible modules
  • The coach has first-hand experience in what he's teaching
  • A lot of time is required to go through entire content. However, it is expected from this type of course.

Worth Every Penny

I have been a student for almost 2 weeks and I have made very good progress so far. I am highly motivated to see this success continue.

The content is great, and the coaches in the community are such great assets! I have already had one coaching session where we talked about my progress and got a few pointers on how to proceed. I look forward to seeing what’s possible after putting in the required work.

I like how it’s easy to sign up for a 1:1 coaching session with one of the three coaches available. I have met with Eddy and discussed my progress in the course. He was very easy to talk with and I enjoyed the experience. I will be making at least one coaching session appointment a month to stay focused and motivated in the course.

The course is very well laid out with a good flow to the videos. If you watch the videos in order a lot of questions you have will be answered throughout the course. Each module builds upon the next.

Pros and Cons

  • The content.
  • The coaches.
  • The Facebook community.
  • Requires a lot of leg work, but that's expected.

My best investment ever!

I bought the Blog Growth Engine by Adam Enfroy in July, and I must say that everything is worth it!

The best part about purchasing this course is that I can get access to weekly Q&A live broadcasts, unlimited 1:1 coaching calls, a Slack link exchange group, and a module teaching how to make money with the blog from day 1. It’s hard to find these kinds of things anywhere else.

There are 2-3 live broadcasts each week where I can ask specific questions about anything from blogging tips, HARO queries, On-page SEO, link-building strategy, and how to write content that ranks.

And then, there are also the unlimited 1:1 coaching calls where I can speak directly with coaches about any questions or concerns that may come up.

I once had a coaching call with one of the coaches, Eddy. He looked over my website and gave me helpful advice; he was very friendly and helpful. This is much better and more personal than purchasing a course and receiving responses solely from the Facebook group.

I appreciate that there is a dedicated module that teaches how to make money from your blog from day one, which allows me to speed up the monetization process (which usually takes from 6 to 12 months).

Furthermore, the coaching program has many valuable resources, such as affiliate strategies, article templates, outreach templates, and more.

They have a full-time team that is constantly working to improve and update their product monthly so that I can have the best experience possible.

All in all, my experience with Blog Growth Engine so far has been amazing! After one month of taking the course and using their link-building strategy, I was able to increase my DR from 0 to 26.

Pros and Cons

  • The step-by-step guide of keyword research and link building is easy to follow.
  • Unlimited 1:1 coaching calls.
  • Several Q&A live broadcasts from different coaches.
  • Sometimes they missed my questions since there are many students.
  • Because all of the coaches are in the SaaS and software niches, they don't offer much guidance on how to build backlinks for the physical product niche, where off-page SEO is a little trickier.
  • The course is a bit pricey, but worth it.

Blog Growth Engine exceeds my expectations

I am currently in my third full month of building my blog and I love it. In my opinion, what separates this course from some others is the ongoing support provided by the Blog Growth Engine team.

Three dedicated blogging coaches specialize in different areas of blogging, including link building and outreach, site design and content, and mindset and getting through mental roadblocks. Each of them holds a one-hour live Q&A each week so everyone in the course can join the calls, ask questions, get their posts reviewed, or just listen to what successes and failures others in the course are dealing with.

The course offers over 40 hours of material and new content is being added all the time so the information is up to date. I have also learned about amazing tools available to bloggers (e.g. Ahrefs, Google Site Kit, Surfer SEO, etc.) that I never knew existed. Those really help me focus my content.

So far I have posted 30 articles to my blog and some of them are starting to rank higher on Google searches. I have not made any money yet because my blog is too new and I don’t have enough authority to gain traffic. I believe this will come in the next 3-6 months.

Finally, the Blog Growth Engine students are always sharing their successes and collaborating to help each other out, so there is no doubt that my blog will be a success.

Pros and Cons

  • The training material is top-notch and ever evolving.
  • The BGE community on Facebook is a huge help.
  • Live Q&A with blogging coaches three times per week.
  • I do not have any complaints about this program!

The best blogging course on the planet

I once got told a long time ago that you should only be mentored and coached by people who’ve got what you want or had it previously. Adam Enfroy practices what he preaches – his blog is still his main source of income.

Do you want to know why I specifically signed up? The man pulls up the P&Ls, bank accounts and affiliate dashboards LIVE to show you how much he makes. I mean come on, what more could you want to know that it’s possible?

The program he’s put together is nothing short of exceptional. The lessons are in-depth, show real examples, and the hosts do the classes in real time on video, so you can see exactly how it’s done. We have started a blog from nothing and are in the process of building it up.

Here are some of the more significant results we’ve achieved in only about three weeks: we received 16 backlinks (13 are DR70+), written over 30 articles, and our website is no longer at DR 0. We have also published our articles on several high DR sites and obtained many link exchange opportunities, some of them coming through BGE’s Facebook page.

Pros and Cons

  • Unlimited coaching
  • Taught by someone who actually does the thing he teaches
  • Amazing community
  • A lot of content, so it's a commitment to get through everything
  • The amount of time you've got to put into this to make it successful. I think people underestimate the effort necessary to succeed. It's a business.

Solid Training - But Expensive

I bought Adam Enfroy’s Blog Growth Engine because I found interesting the idea to treat your blog as you would treat a startup. I’ve been a freelance writer for over 10 years and have had various unsuccessful blogs in the past, but I’d never considered thinking of a blog as a startup business. Perhaps that’s why my efforts in the past were not successful.

The course is easy to follow, with video lessons that are updated and more lessons added fairly frequently. The videos are short enough to be easy to digest but detailed enough to teach the essentials of creating a successful blogging business.

One of the best things about BGE is its Facebook Community and Slack channel. Being able to get inspiration and motivation from others who’ve been following the course for longer than I have has been quite valuable. It kept me going with the method when I was tempted to quit. The coaching calls with experts in various fields are also helpful – though they tend to get booked up fast.

I’ve been following the Blog Growth Engine course for around 6 months and my blog is starting to gain traffic. It’s not profitable yet, but I’m hopeful that I’ll start to see profits within the next 6 months.

Pros and Cons

  • The community - learning from others’ experiences is motivating.
  • The coaching calls - being able to book a 1-1 call with one of the expert coaches can help you overcome obstacles.
  • The Facebook live sessions where you can ask questions and get instant answers.
  • There’s a lack of things like templates and other downloadable materials that other courses provide.
  • You can’t book coaching calls with Adam himself - the coaches are other members who’ve achieved some success (but not on the level that Adam has.)
  • The cost and lack of a payment plan option.

Blog Growth Engine: In-Depth and Educational

I am a software engineer who recently retired and started a blog to keep my mind active. To start my blogging business, I bought Adam Enfroy’s Blog Growth Engine course. It is a video course that includes unlimited coaching calls and admission into a Facebook group dedicated to the course.

I had been following Adam’s blog and email outreach for about 2 years, but I never actually started my blog. This past June, I finally took the plunge and bought his course. It was a game changer for me. I could never get traction following his emails, his blog posts, and recently, his YouTube videos. I do better if I have a step-by-step course to follow.

The ability to schedule video calls with different coaches also helped steer me in the right direction. The Facebook group is at times overwhelming but useful for hosting their live sessions. Other than watching the lives, I use it to search for answers to my questions.

I struggled with selecting my niche. Adam’s advice to build the brand of “you” resonated with me because it allows you to pivot to a new topic if needed, instead of being stuck with a micro-niche blog site.

The course walks you through setting up a website, the tech stack needed, and the first 4 posts to create. It gives in-depth instructions on one of the most crucial aspects of blogging as a business – guest post outreach to get links back to your blog. There are other modules on monetizing and scaling your blog. I have not completed these modules yet, as I am working on my guest post outreach.

As such, I have not made any money yet, but by following the process, I fully expect to make money from my blog within the next year. This course is well worth the cost. I would recommend this course to anyone considering starting a blogging career.

Pros and Cons

  • Course materials are very detailed and easy to implement.
  • Unlimited coaching calls are extremely helpful.
  • New modules are added frequently.
  • Facebook group is at times overwhelming.
  • New material sometimes contradicts older material.

Good course, but needs some additional information

This isn’t my first attempt at monetizing a blog, but this course made sense to me. Instead of trying to figure out what my avatar’s pain point was, creating a course, marketing the course, etc., Blog Growth Engine has none of this.

This course teaches you how to start a blog using the knowledge you already have and then capitalize on that knowledge. For me, this is health and wellness. I’ve created a health and wellness blog that I plan on using to be an affiliate for health and wellness items.

This is Adam Enfroy’s first course, and it shows. It could benefit from some downloadable Key Point sheets, websites, and web tools that are referred to in the course. And some more openness about Adam’s success. I would like to know the EXACT steps he took to become successful. For example, did he pay for any backlinks, what affiliate program did he join first, how did he structure his day while working a full-time job and trying to create his website, etc.

Pros and Cons

  • Easy to get started since a few steps are needed.
  • The presenters, Adam & Colin, are easy to understand.
  • The layout of the course.
  • Would like downloadable Key Points.
  • Would like an "ask me anything" opportunity from the creator.
  • A list of all tools recommended and referred to throughout the course would be nice.

One of the best blogging courses out there

Even though I’ve taken other blogging courses, Blog Growth Engine outshines other courses due to its startup approach to blogging. I completed the course late last year, and since then I’ve been applying the principles learned to grow my traffic. After completing the course, my traffic went from a few hundred visitors per month to 30k+ visitors per month (and the traffic is growing daily).

A huge positive of the course is access to a private Facebook community with other students, and Adam and Colin themselves! It’s a community that is very active and from which I’ve learned a lot. There are live FAQ sessions as well as one-on-one video calls with one of the group’s experts.

Another positive note is that the course keeps on getting updated. Less than a year after its first release, the Blog Growth Engine 2.0 was released at no additional cost. It consisted of more videos, and about 15 to 20 hours of more studying, depending on your pace.

The only con about this course is that it did not formally cover topic clusters and internal linking. But I would not be surprised if this is added soon.

Pros and Cons

  • Startup mentality applied to blogs.
  • Amazing community - continuous learning even after completing the course.
  • Many updates to the course by means of new videos covering more topics.
  • Internal linking and topic clusters are not covered in detail.

I Expect To Make Six Figures With This Course

I signed up for Adam’s course back in November 2021 and launched my site in January this year. With nearly six months under my belt, I can tell you this course is 100% worth the price tag. To be quite honest, I would have probably paid more.

I was a newbie with zero WordPress, blogging, or website-building skills when I began. After six months, I feel confident in my business and I am already seeing the money trickle in. My goal is to hit 5k a month within 12 months, and six figures within 18 months, which I’m on track to obtain. If you’re looking to make money online, BGE gives you all the tools you could need.

The course itself is great. It teaches you how to blog like a business, not as a passion project. The only downside is it doesn’t always get into the technical details of building your site (which I can understand because everyone uses different themes and options).

But the real value is in the community. There are weekly Q&As, one-on-one coaching, and continual updates to the course. I’ve been blown away by the community, and the personal help I’ve received from their team (coaches and partners), and believe this is the best decision I ever made.

I highly recommend this course to anyone who is looking to build an affiliate business online.

Pros and Cons

  • Personal help from coaches and partners.
  • Actionable step-by-step guide on how to make money with affiliate marketing.
  • Continual video updates and edits as they learn more.
  • Not enough info on building the actual website. It was a learning curve at first.

I purchased Blog Growth Engine

I bought the Blog Growth Engine course about 2 months ago. I think it is a decent course. I’ve been successful with SEO since 2015 but I was mostly doing client work. A couple of years ago, I started building my affiliate websites and learning more about the affiliate side which is why I bought Adam’s course.

The main reason I bought the course was to learn how to produce content at the scale that Adam and several of his students do so well. They also do a good job of explaining monetization which is helpful to people new to the idea of affiliate marketing.

I’m still struggling with building my content-producing machine.

As I said, I already know SEO and I found what Adam teaches in the course to be fundamentally sound. I know how to analyze websites and what Adam has done to build up his site is pretty impressive to me and I believe it took a lot of hard work.

I was already making money with affiliate marketing, but I’m still new to it and I learned some things that will help me to make more money from the materials in the course.

Overall, I think it is a decent course.

Pros and Cons

  • Some good ideas in the course.
  • Good video quality.
  • Fine for beginners.
  • I'd like more info on how to produce content at scale.
  • I'm not a fan of Jasper, the content writing software they recommend.
  • I'd like to see more over-the-shoulder videos of how to find writers and produce articles and guest posts.

Great Course to Launch or Monetize a Blog if You're Willing to Work

I completed the Blog Growth Engine in April 2022 after having a website and blog that didn’t seem to be getting any traction. I felt like I must be doing something wrong and needed help, and came across Adam’s Blog Growth Engine course.

I enrolled and learned a couple of things through the course very quickly that changed everything I was doing.

First, I learned to approach my blog and website as a brand and business, versus as a place to just try to promote and talk about myself and my interests.

Secondly, even though my site had been around for 6 months, Google didn’t even know my website existed as I had created and designed it incorrectly.

Third, my approach to blogging was all wrong. I thought that if I simply wrote interesting articles, Google would notice me for being so unique. BGE quickly corrected that line of thinking and explained Google doesn’t care about how interesting I am but instead cares about domain authority, which was a concept I had never heard of.

The course helped me to construct a better-structured website and also provided guidelines on what kind of posts to create and how to properly rank them.

I went from Google not knowing I existed to having several articles ranked on page 1 of Google, which is also allowing me to get affiliate sales through those posts. Even though I had been trying to do that before, I had been unsuccessful. Now, I am getting sales daily.

The downsides to the course? I feel like they do a very good job at showing how to get a blog off the ground. It’s a great place for newbies to go from 0 to 1.

I feel like there is an opportunity to expand some of the learning for those who already have that basic knowledge or have been in the course for some time to get more in-depth on things such as how to optimize posts after they are live as well as how to create a lead capture. Creating some content on how to approach a blog that’s active and creating traffic to optimize it further would be a great addition to the course, and the team seems committed to creating that content in the future.

The only other part of the course which I feel like people should know before joining is that this type of blogging takes a LOT of commitment and time to get off the ground.

I am spending a few hours daily reviewing my stats, newly ranked keywords, and other data looking to optimize and increase rankings. That’s on top of writing new content, reaching out to other creators for collaboration opportunities, and working on my affiliate sales accounts.

This isn’t a system where you can write a couple of articles and ignore them for a month and expect to come back to a successful blog. It takes a lot of effort and nurturing.

You also should be prepared that, despite all your hard work over the first few months, there is a good chance your blog won’t make you any money or even get very many impressions. Committing to the course and its teaching despite how you feel about your progress or results is a key to getting some traction.

To summarize, it was 100% worth it for me to take the course. I was apprehensive to spend the money but very glad I did. In a short time, the course paid for itself via affiliate sales, and I’m in the early stages of my blog’s growth.

I now earn daily affiliate money, have several guest posts on top sites, and have ranked for over one thousand keywords.

Pros and Cons

  • The teachings have taken me from $0 earnings to making money.
  • Extremely helpful community and support team (Eddy, specifically). Free, one-on-one sessions are included when you need help, which is amazing.
  • The course is regularly updated with relevant teaching.
  • While they gave information on setting up a WordPress blog, I was hoping for more "step by step" on setup. I got it done, but it took more time to figure out WordPress on my own.
  • I would like more in-depth lessons on how to tweak and improve articles to get higher rankings.

Valuable Course

I bought the BGE course earlier this year and have made my way through the material having set up my blog and initial content.

While I think that the course itself is overpriced, I understand that they are basing it on revenue potential if you succeed.

I enjoyed learning the material and love the opportunity to collaborate with other members of the Facebook group.

Anyone interested in the course should be ready for a monthly commitment of time and investment. The supplemental tools, although not required to purchase, will cost hundreds a month. Of course, this will apply to just about every startup business. However, you should prepare for ongoing expenses in addition to the initial course investment.

A great value to the course is the “unlimited” one-on-one coaching. Although, I was a bit disappointed to learn that the coaches are very new at blogging and digital marketing in general. If you are already advanced in any of these skills, you may find the course content and coaching to be less valuable.

Overall, I very much resonated with Adam’s story and found both him and Colin to be knowledgeable and motivating. I would love to see more involvement in the community from Adam himself!

Pros and Cons

  • Community Facebook Group.
  • Tools & Resources.
  • One-on-One Coaching.
  • Expensive: Thousands up front, hundreds in monthly investment.
  • Adam Enfroy himself does not coach or engage with the community very often.
  • Video content only, no supporting materials (i.e. text, checklists, guides, etc.).

Blog Growth Engine Has Changed My Business

I purchased Adam Enfroy’s Blog Growth Engine course a few months ago, and I have already seen amazing results.

I had tried several different link-building strategies before going through the course, and the links I have been able to build using Adam’s methods are tremendously better than what I was able to do before. The strategy he presents for link-building makes complete sense, and it works. Through using this strategy, I have built relationships with numerous content creators within the real estate industry. I’m even writing guest posts every month for some of them.

I would recommend purchasing this course to anyone trying to grow their online presence. I have tried nearly every link-building strategy out there – broken link-building, skyscraper technique, etc. – and Adam’s strategy is the best available to build high-quality links at scale. At this point, I am using Adam’s link-building strategies to increase the traffic to my site and build my real estate investing business.

Additionally, my vision has grown beyond just my real estate business. Since most of the BGE students monetize their websites by doing affiliate marketing, I now plan to have affiliate marketing as an income stream shortly. I know that I can generate a ton of traffic to my site using the methods in the course, so I decided that I might as well capitalize on it and generate passive income. The Blog Growth Engine course has made all of it possible!

Pros and Cons

  • The link-building strategy is unlike anything else I've ever seen.
  • They walk you through the complete process, from building a site from scratch to making money through affiliate marketing.
  • This type of online business takes a ton of dedication and hard work. However, I like it this way because it sets you apart if you are willing to do it.

My review of Blog Growth Engine training

In terms of SEO, content production, and marketing, Adam Enfroy is one of the most knowledgeable people in the business. Using his personal experience, along with the other trainers, he explains how he built a successful blogging business.

Affiliate marketing is covered in detail because this is one of the simplest and most effective methods to generate money online. The only thing you need to do is bring people to a location where they can find what they are looking for. Adam teaches you what has worked for him and what to steer clear of.

Also, to succeed in the internet business, you must have the right mindset. You will hear a lot about this in the course since most people give up as soon as they encounter the first major obstacle. I like that Adam is only interested in serious individuals. You’ll be expected to treat your blog like a business, and that’s something I appreciate.

Thanks to this course I was able to build a successful online business. It helped me understand how a blogging business works and how to present it to your readers.

Pros and Cons

  • Clear understanding of how the blogging system works.
  • Very few videos containing real life examples.

Blog Growth Engine Is Worth The Money

I think the content of the course is excellent. I purchased Blog Growth Engine when Adam first released it back in 2021 but didn’t do a lot with it initially.

Now I’m putting my website together and I have already managed to obtain backlinks and find high-traffic keywords which have very little competition to rank for. I also have a clear understanding of how to grow and systematically scale the business.

Adam teaches about acquiring backlinks, the importance of good quality content, and how to negotiate with companies for affiliate deals, which is precisely what you need for a growing website. He has also recently updated the course with a lot more additional content, based on feedback from students within the Facebook group.

I currently have a successful digital course (6-figure business) and I’ve been using Adam’s program to build up my organic marketing strategies for this.

People need to understand that it’s not easy to build a profitable blog and that it requires a lot of time and effort. Adam makes it seem easier than it is, especially if you follow him on TikTok and Instagram. Within the program, though, he is down-to-earth and quite objective about the timescale and needed effort.

Don’t rush into purchasing the course if you’re not willing to put in consistent hard work for at least 6-12 months before seeing results.

Pros and Cons

  • Easy to follow steps.
  • Success if implemented correctly.
  • Straight to the point.
  • Initially the course was rolled out in stages, week after week, having to wait to complete the next module.
  • First few modules are slow as they are about mindset and timescales.

Review from an Experienced Internet Marketer

I bought the Blog Growth Engine about a month ago because of my interest in making money online using organic traffic instead of paid traffic. Coming from an internet marketing background of almost 15 years, and having taken many different courses to make money online, I feel that the course is wonderfully curated and is the real deal.

Adam and his team structured the course well so that it is easy to understand even for someone who does not have any technical knowledge. The course does not just focus on the technicalities of making a blog and monetizing it, but also on the mindset that goes behind making a monetizable blog. This is what makes all the difference.

Some technical information such as handling hosting isn’t covered in the program. Which I feel can be a struggle for those new to building their website. Though optional, the course recommends some software programs you can use to find keywords, improve your website ranking and optimize articles. To me, these programs are a necessity, as I would feel lost without them.

This course is not a one-and-done deal. The Blog Growth Engine has a very active Facebook group through which Adam’s team provides updates to the course, value and support to new bloggers. While the core information is on the main members’ area, some updated information can be found on the Facebook group instead. Some might find this to be a little scattered.

Pros and Cons

  • Well-structured course for newbies.
  • Focus on the mindset.
  • Regularly updated content.
  • Not all valuable information can be found on the official website.
  • Could use more info on website hosting.
  • Some extra tools need to be bought in order to build a better site.

A different take on a proven business model

The course puts a new spin on a proven business model, moving away from niche sites to the ‘brand of you’. This provides more opportunity to pivot and change niches, thus ensuring you don’t lose your passion for your site and that you can go wherever the market (data) takes you.

I’ve purchased a lot of courses over the years and not many have the post-purchase support that this one has. Adam and his team are very visible and active in the private Facebook group, there are weekly Q&A live Facebook calls and you can get 1-2-1 coaching calls for no extra charge. The community in the FB group is very supportive too.

Initially, I thought the course lacked some content regarding the more technical aspects of building a site. However, they’ve listened to feedback and then added additional videos to the course to cover this. This shows me that the team wants people to succeed.

Adam and the team continue to develop the course and add extra content to it for free which reinforces my view that this course is an excellent investment.

Pros and Cons

  • Post-purchase support.
  • A new spin on a proven model.
  • Supportive Facebook group.
  • Lack of technical content (addressed now).
  • Some concepts are initially difficult to grasp.

Blog Growth Engine Review

It’s tough to say whether or not I’ve been able to build a “successful business” with Adam’s course, as it’s been less than a month since starting it.

However, I can without question say that I’ve learned more from his course about driving organic traffic, creating rank-worthy content, link building, and playing the game of SEO than I had in the entire time I ran the sales and marketing for my company which I built from $0 to 8-figures to acquisition.

I wish I had this insight then. It’s amazing how little I knew, and it makes me wonder what I could have accomplished had this been a part of my playbook then.

Pros and Cons

  • Breakdown of every step of the process when starting out.
  • Insights into scaling and outsourcing.
  • Keyword analysis and monetization training.
  • Very long... I prefer a course that leads to the desired outcome in less than a week.
  • It could use more in-depth instruction on building a site within WordPress.

The Perfect Foundation

Blog Growth Engine was the scariest, but best decision I have made for my blog. The video modules are clear and the entire method is broken down into long-term goals and short-term actions.

The best part, and the reason I spent the money, was the promise of one-on-one coaching and support. BGE has followed through with plenty of coaching call opportunities, and individual feedback in weekly Facebook Live videos, plus new content is continually being added.

Some courses I’ve done before offer support, but it’s more from other students and you never really see or hear from the creators you were hoping to learn from. The BGE community is so supportive, and you get feedback directly from Adam, Colin, and their coaches.

I bought the course 1 month ago, and my traffic to Family Travel Folio is already increasing. I can’t wait to check my stats at the 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month milestones.

It’s a good investment if your blogging goal is to increase traffic for affiliate sales and ad revenue, then use that traffic to leverage other platforms, sponsorships, or even your digital products.

If you want to learn how to do brand collaborations, that is not what this course is about.

Pros and Cons

  • Coaching & support opportunities.
  • Steps for beginners & info on how to scale.
  • Specific examples in course modules.
  • It’s a large investment, paid up front.
  • There are additional purchases required (eg. SEO tools) to follow parts of the training. You can complete tasks without them, it’s just harder.
  • Not many examples pertaining to my niche (travel).

Adam’s course is honestly brilliant. Within 3 weeks I built a blog, created 20,000 words of blog posts using his method, and started ranking on Google and getting traffic. He and his team help you get fast results.

Additionally, the community is very supportive and holds your hand every step of the way. There’s always someone in the group who’s sharing their experience/knowledge and ready to answer questions.

I say all this as someone who’s run multiple businesses in the past, has a Master’s degree and PhD in entrepreneurship, and is a Senior Lecturer in Freelancing and Small Business.

Even if you don’t end up building the blog of your dreams, by working your way through the lessons you will develop so many practical skills that you will become an attractive candidate on the job market.

Pros and Cons

  • Practical, easy to follow advice.
  • Community.
  • The tools I've been introduced to.
  • The price. But even so, it's worth it for all the skills I've added to my toolkit.

Learn to Blog Like a Startup

I’ve been building profitable websites for years now and continue to buy one or two courses a year. I’m always learning and consider buying courses as part of my continued education.

Last year, I purchased Adam Enfroy’s Blog Growth Engine. It’s an excellent course designed for beginners and veteran bloggers. If you’ve been blogging for some time, some of the content will cover familiar territory. But if you gain one or two big strategies from the course, in my opinion, it’s worth purchasing.

This course has prompted me to take link building more seriously. I’ve launched an email outreach campaign to connect with new publishers and reached out to other bloggers in Adam’s group for new guest post opportunities. It has also changed my approach to content writing. Through outsourcing, I’ve doubled the amount of content I’m publishing across all of my websites each month.

Much of a blogging business comes down to content and backlinks. This course has helped me scale both. I can’t say for sure how much I can credit specifically to the strategies gained from this Blog Growth Engine course, but the last three months have been my most profitable as an online marketer.

Almost as valuable as the course material is gaining access to the program’s Facebook community. I’ve collaborated with other members for guest posts and other opportunities.

Another bonus is that Adam Enfroy and Colin Shipp keep the content fresh, adding new modules and training videos based on member feedback. Last year they also added a bonus where each member also gets a free consultation with someone on Adam’s team.

I think it’s great that they continue to expand and improve the offer. Three years later, this will still be a relevant course with everything you would need to duplicate Adam’s success.

Pros and Cons

  • Adam's blueprint that shows you how to blog like a startup, not a writer.
  • Learning how to land guest post opportunities and earn high quality backlinks.
  • The strategies used to scale your business to the next level.
  • I could have skipped some of the content created for newbies since I've been doing this for 10+ years.
  • Adam and Colin go live in the members' FB group to answer questions. This is great, but I always seem to miss when they go live and have to catch the replays.

Everything you need to know from a blog course

I started the Blog Growth Engine course by Adam Enfroy about three months ago, and I have to say that I am very impressed with it. While it is still early on, my blog is starting to earn money.

They do an excellent job of managing your expectations by highlighting that it will take some time before your blog becomes profitable. They convey that you should focus on content and link building, and monetization will come.

The course is very comprehensive and covers everything from choosing a niche, understanding search intent, creating content, learning SEO, link building and how to promote and monetize your blog. I was a total newbie with zero experience in blogging, building websites, SEO, etc. Now I have a live blog that generates traffic.

The training is available on video, and you can access the content anytime. The program’s trainers – Adam and Colin Shipp – complement each other nicely. Occasionally, they do fly-ins to further enhance your learning on building a profitable blog.

Another significant part of the course is the online community. There is a Facebook group and an ongoing live Q&A every week. Thousands of other bloggers are taking the course, and the support and feedback you get from them are invaluable. I highly recommend the course to anyone who wants to learn how to blog like a business or take their existing blogging to the next level.

Pros and Cons

  • All topics on creating and running a blog are covered.
  • The video library and content are great.
  • Extremely helpful online community.
  • High cost and upfront payment, but if you follow the program you will earn your money back.
  • There is a lot of training, but it's essential for starting out.
  • Certain parts of the course can get repetitive.

Amazing value for the education and insights learned

In my experience, this is an excellent course that gives the student a complete understanding of how to create a successful, search engine optimised blog.

I started the course in December 2021 and, after finishing the course, built my website and associated blog only a few months ago. Though my site is new, I’ve already made about $500 in affiliate revenues from one of my posts. I have complete confidence that as I continue with the strategies taught in the course, I will see that number increase significantly.

It’s such a good course, I almost hate to brag about it. I don’t want any more competition!

Pros and Cons

  • It is thorough. About 50 hours of training.
  • They offer one-on-one training for free!
  • Adam is completely transparent about his experience and earnings.
  • Like all things worthwhile, it can be difficult.
  • There are a lot of things to do and learn.
  • You may need to invest in other tools to help with SEO.

Adam Enfroy’s Blog Growth Engine Review

I have started and failed two blogs in the past. After taking Blog Growth Engine, I’ve learned that I need to treat my blog as a business and not a hobby. So after 6-8 months of hard work and determination, I wrote more content online, revamped my old blog posts using the tools and formatting that Adam recommends.

I started seeing results for myself through recurring affiliate revenue and finally growing my email list. Not only does he show you how to do proper keyword research, but he also shows you exactly what works in today’s blogging.

It’s not only talking headshot videos. Adam and his partner go through screen sharing tutorials and give real-life examples on how to:

1) Do SEO outreach.
2) Create better blog posts.
3) Use services and software.
4) Not pigeonhole yourself in one niche.

And many more things that helped me out with blogging!

Pros and Cons

  • How Adam shows you exactly how he grew his blog in two years.
  • Examples of different blog post templates.
  • How to outsource and hire good writers.
  • The beginning modules can be long since it’s about mindset.
  • The course is still pretty new. So maybe more templates.
  • I had to increase the video speed since it can be a lot of talking.

BGE is the real deal

I have been trying affiliate marketing for a while! Paid thousands of dollars for both the STM forum and Blog Growth Engine. BGE course teaches how to get revenue through affiliate marketing. What I really like about this course is the 200 people community where we talk about our progress.

A few months after this course, I actually made my first sale, still can’t say I’m getting a profit because of the cost incurred but I do have lessons.

I also liked that this course is a huge deconstruction of Adam Enfroy’s personal use case and how he grew his affiliate marketing blog from zero to millions in a few years of hard work. No fake or false promises but discipline, strategy, and hard work is what is taught here.

Pros and Cons

  • The most complete course I've seen to date.
  • Direct support from the creator, his live Q&A sessions.
  • Exclusive community of around 200 members who bought the course.
  • High price tag.
  • Some things are not as detailed, and you need to figure them out or ask in the group.
  • You might need to learn some WordPress or webpage development on your own or hire someone (it is not known before the purchase).

1 Questions & Answers

    • Hi Melissa. Give it a try on a different device, like your phone or a tablet. Blog Growth Engine has some strict tracking going on, doesn’t seem to offer the discount on the same device twice. I’ve had a couple of people email me about it and it worked for them when they tried it on a different device.
