Beluga has pretty much discovered the new blueprint for how to grow a YouTube channel. He used the 3-step system to beat the algorithm.

Quick summary of those 3 steps:

• Beluga initially promoted his new channel with another channel he’d previously built to 1 million subs (ie. not his first rodeo).
• He created “bingeable loops of content,” short videos that kept viewers watching and increased session time.
• “Beluga discovered the ultimate title and thumbnail strategy” … basically the opposite of what everyone else does.
