Quick summary of those 3 steps:
- Beluga initially promoted his new channel with another channel he’d previously built to 1 million subs (ie. not his first rodeo).
- He created “bingeable loops of content,” short videos that kept viewers watching and increased session time.
- “Beluga discovered the ultimate title and thumbnail strategy” … basically the opposite of what everyone else does.
