Do Sam And Jo have a good reputation?

Yes.

While researching Sam and Jo, I only found praise for the training and its creators.

They both apparently have ~20 years of personal assistant experience. They still lead their own virtual assistant businesses.

Samantha founded The Virtual Assistant Network of New Zealand in 2019. Jo started her VA company, Strictly Savvy, in 2012, and launched The VA Foundry in 2017.

The DIY version costs…

I’ve turned over every stone searching for a discount or coupon code, but haven’t found one.

Seems paying the full amount is required to get access.

Refund Policy

The terms page for VA Foundry programs specifies a 30-day pro-rata refund policy…

The company may, in its sole discretion, refund the initial fee charged for any use of the site and/or any content or a pro-rata portion thereof consistent with the company’s refund policy. The company shall refuse any refund thirty (30) days after your payment for use of the site and/or any content, either pursuant to the company’s customer license agreement or otherwise, regardless of the reason for disruption.

In other words, if you request a refund in the first 30 days, you’ll get a refund for the days you haven’t used yet.

I haven’t seen anyone reporting issues getting a refund on their purchase, so you can rest easy with this guarantee.

How is Launch in 30 Days structured?

The core training is divided into 8 stages and split into steps.

There are about 60 lessons in total. Most of them are video-only and text summaries of key points. The videos vary in length, from several minutes to more than an hour.

I found the training comprehensive; there’s plenty of info in there. I also found the training easy to navigate, thanks to an awesome search function…

Some videos are β€œtalking heads,” which I’m not a big fan of. But there always seem to be at least slides in front, with Sam and Jo talking in the background…

Should you join Launch in 30 Days?

Launch In 30 Days is one of the better virtual assistant programs out there, IMO.

The training is mainly for beginner VAs who want to land their first client. But I think it’s also a solid choice for intermediate virtual assistants who want more consistent results.

My main issue with the program is that you only get 90 days of access. Best case scenario, that will motivate you to take it more seriously. But I’d personally prefer to see a lifetime access option, especially given the price point.

    Great investment!

    Throughout this course, you are given all the tools and advice you need to start your very own virtual assistant business.

    The coaching is exceptional and the added feature of having a community of other like-minded people to bounce ideas off and share your journey stories with, just makes it all better!

    It is a lot! You do at times feel overwhelmed stepping outside of your comfort zone.

    But at the end of the day, it all makes sense and gives you a great sense of achievement when you hit those great milestones!

    Pros and Cons

    • Community - having other people join you on your journey to share your ideas with.
    • Coaches - the best tips, tricks and advice to get you and your business started.
    • Support - I felt supported at every step in this process.
    • The length of the course - I would love to just have this community for a longer period of time.
    • Break day - the course is a lot and I think it would have been nice to have a break day in the middle to maybe catch up or go over the previous day's tasks.
    • Ask Us Anything chats - I feel like we could have had a longer Ask Us Anything chat or maybe have them a little more frequently.

    Worth every penny!

    This course has been insane! Jo and Sam have clearly put a lot of time and effort into building this course and all the resources such as email templates, software tutorials and the client contracts.

    Before signing up for Launch In 30 Days, I had tossed up about launching business on my own as I felt I had a good idea of how a business operates from my previous work experience.

    I am SO happy I decided to sign up! There is so much detail and every corner has been covered to ensure you are set up for success. Plus this course keeps you accountable and on track.

    The course is fast-paced and jam-packed over the 30 days but you have constant support from the other launchers and Sam and Jo are active in the community daily.

    There are weekly live video calls which is a great opportunity to ask questions and get comfortable being on a video call.

    I would highly recommend this course to anyone considering starting a virtual assistant business, it has been invaluable!

    The investment is 200% worth it!

      Best VA Course & Support

      This is a fantastic course and community. The course structure made it easy for me to understand the steps I must take to start my VA business. And it does not end there.

      Sam and Jo took time to respond to me whenever I faced a challenge with the guidance and actions I needed to take. The community is fantastic, as well. There is so much support and encouragement.

      I was able to sign up a client on a 20-hour package which is all the capacity I have at the moment. This brings in an additional income of $1,400.

      The best there is!

      This course far exceeded my expectations. The tools and support provided throughout the course are amazing.

      From the beginning, I knew we were in great hands with Sam and Jo. They are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to support new virtual assistants heading into the industry.

      Before starting Launch in 30 Days, I knew I wanted to launch my business but didn’t know how or where to start. This training helped me start my VA business, including setting goals for the future, creating my brand, and giving me everything I need to bring on my first client. Right now I’m up to lucky client number 6.

      I have taken so much away from this course. I have built my business faster than I could have imagined. Therefore, I 110% recommend Launch in 30 Days to anyone considering it. You will not regret it!

      A must for those wanting to start their own VA biz!

      This course is perfect for those who are stuck in that phase of just talking and dreaming about starting your own VA business and buying random VA courses. This course is the only one you need, seriously!

      I’m someone who has to plan everything out before taking action. This training has helped me understand the importance of taking imperfect action. You don’t have to have everything figured out before launching; you can figure things out along the way!

      I think to get the best results, you’ll have to make time to do the homework and post it to the community for feedback. It’s scary but so worth it for your own growth!

      Sam and Jo are so supportive, and they will encourage you every step of the way, whether you’re doing a soft launch (like me) or going all in, full steam ahead. It’s so amazing to see some of the ladies in the group seeing results and getting clients! It’s all about putting your learnings into action and believing in yourself.

      So much more than I expected

      I truly couldn’t recommend this course highly enough.

      Sam + Jo are the real deal. The thought and expertise that has gone into this extremely thorough course is exceptional. They know exactly what you need – when you need it. All you have to do is follow the program.

      This course has been exactly what I needed to kick my A into G – with real genuine support. I have no doubt that without completing this course, I would still be confused as to where to start. I would eventually have made many mistakes by learning the hard way, wasting time, money and tears. Their motto of “no VA left behind” is no throwaway – they really mean it.

      Surround yourself with good people, strong community spirit and real industry expertise. You don’t have to do it alone.

      Launch Your Business in 30 Days - Wow!

      I had been sitting on the fence about becoming a VA. I had no idea where to start, and starting a business seemed daunting. Then I stumbled across Sam and Jo from the VA Foundry and their amazing podcast. Browsing their website, I found Launch Your Business in 30 Days.

      The training breaks creating a business down into a step-by-step guide. Sam and Jo gave me daily videos with examples of how to use new software, create my logo, and all the tools needed to do the homework. Most of the tools and apps had a 30-day trial period, which helped keep costs down.

      If I was stuck on anything, they answered my questions and gave me feedback. This was fantastic because it ensured I was heading in the right direction.

      I thoroughly enjoyed this course, and by the end of 30 days, I had successfully launched my business. Shortly after, I went live with my website.

      The best part is that Sam and Jo still answer my questions, and I will have access to the videos for 90 days. Thanks to this course, I have so much confidence in moving forward.

      I also met many lovely people to follow along with their journey. People participating in the course support each other with feedback and ask questions in this adorable little community.

      Another prominent part is that the course is done online. Therefore, you can do it at a time that is convenient for you. There was also an online live Q&A session once a week where we could meet up and chat about the content for that week and discuss any other questions that arose.

      For anyone thinking about doing this course, go for it. You will gain confidence and all the skills you need to get your business up and running. The added bonus of meeting other like-minded people and the support is extraordinary.

      Make an investment in yourself!

      Launch in 30 Days (VA Foundry) was tailored completely for a virtual assistant starting out. The course covered every single aspect, and provided encouragement and support to take action which was exactly the push I needed.

      Because the training was compressed to 30 days, sometimes it felt overwhelming. However, knowing that there was a finish line got me through it. I launched my business in the end and the course helped with generating leads. I’ve earned $5k so far.

      Essential for new VAs launching a business

      The Launch in 30 Days (VA Foundry) training provided a well-thought-out and well-presented course for those who were either launching or considering launching a virtual assistant business.

      The presenters were energetic, positive, and knowledgeable. They provided templates, and tutorials, sharing their knowledge and experience with apps, working with clients, and everything needed to give new business owners the tools they need.

      Pros and Cons

      • The daily presentations.
      • The incremental knowledge.
      • The learnings and the ability to rewatch videos.
      • There is not much that I had an issue with.
      • Some of the videos on app installation were quite fast, but rewinding and rewatching solved this.
      • Videos will disappear after some period of time, but the course materials are available for download.
