Launch a Service Business With This $29/Mo AI Tool

A story from Tuesday's newsletter 👇

A key growth channel for that founder, Thomas Sanlis…

Using RedReach, I track Reddit discussions about Product Hunt alternatives, allowing me to join conversations where Uneed might be relevant. Don’t underestimate Reddit: It’s growing every day.

📝 From the Redreach homepage…

Redreach finds high impact Reddit conversations to help you naturally promote your product and get more sales.

– Get into relevant Reddit posts ranking high on Google
– Use AI-guided replies to naturally promote your product
– Monitor your brand and competitors 24/7

Here's Thomas on Reddit, and an example of him promoting Uneed.

The idea 👉 sign up for Redreach ($29/mo) and launch a service where you help busy founders promote their product on Reddit.

First step: message 10 founders you know/follow and ask if they'd be interested 💬

Bonus: I couldn't find a Twitter equivalent of Redreach, might be an opportunity to build something there.

He Got AI To Start a Business For Him While He Watched

👀 A recent video from Chris Koerner…

  • MIND. BLOWN! I Just Paid ChatGPT Operator $200 to Build a Business…

Operator is an AI agent "that can use its own browser to perform tasks for you" 🤖

$200/mo for access, US only and has some restrictions. (Free alternative outlined here if you're more tech savvy, and a $20/mo alternative.)…

Chris told Operator to…

  • Browse Facebook Marketplace
  • Find people nearby who are trying to get rid of pianos
  • Message them
  • Offer to take their piano away if they pay $200

Chris focuses on the Dallas-Fort Worth area, where there are 50-60 free pianos listed every day 🎹

Even if only a small % take the offer…

That's 28 people a week agreeing to pay $200, that's $5600 a week… that could be a six-figure business

Obviously you'd have to rent a truck to move the pianos, probably fees to dispose of them, and there's a good bit of manual labor involved 💪

Still, it's impressive to see how he's able to test out this idea with AI doing a lot of the initial work.

Well worth watching his video and thinking about how else you could use Operator to test your ideas 🧐

Update: someone who has done this successfully

Posted on Reddit...

I went on Facebook marketplace and saw there were several pianos in my area listed for free. People just wanted them gone. I messaged them and offered $200 to come move it for them. Me and a friend would go pick up the piano, and if it was in good condition sell it somewhere else. If it wasn't in good condition, sold the metal for scrap for another $50 or so. We moved about 30 pianos over the course of 2-3 years in college.

1000’s of Monthly Searches + Low Keyword Difficulty

Katt recently highlighted this keyword in her newsletter: ai prompt examples

Monthly search volume: 1,000

Keyword difficulty: 🟢14/100

Product idea: A curated collection of proven prompts across categories (writing, coding, analysis, art).

Monetization: Premium membership with advanced prompts and sponsored placement for AI tool vendors.

The Keywords Everywhere Chrome extension says that keyword has a search volume of 33K/month.

And Google Trends shows ever-increasing searches for AI prompt.

You could build this out as a directory site and target keywords like…

  • AI prompt for writers
  • AI prompt for lawyers
  • Etc.

Use This New Tech To Earn $100 Per Hour

💬 Topaz Labs recently tweeted...

We’re launching Project Starlight: the first-ever diffusion model for video restoration. Enhance old, low-quality videos to stunning high-resolution. This is our biggest leap since Video AI was first launched.

They go on to show several examples of old grainy video being transformed into HD footage.

Doesn't look like the tech is generally available yet, but worth keeping an eye on 👀

I expect it will be simple to use, just upload a poor-quality video and let the magic happen.

Has me thinking about this business we featured previously…

Part of her offering was scanning and digitizing old photos.

This new tech could let you do the same with old home video / VHS tapes, while upscaling at the same time 👍

Likely a lot of older folks who would be happy to pay for that service.

Could You Build This “Game Changing” AI Tool?

💬 Sukh tweets

I do 10+ customer interviews. After a while, it's super hard to keep all that context in my head.

I have recorded Fathom videos but who has the time to go through them. Thinking of building an internal tool for "Voice of customer".

I should be able to:

1. Provides sales calls I've done as transcripts
2. Ask questions like - "what are people struggling with" etc.
3. Get answers with specific quotes

Then I can take this and ask an LLM: "How should I write my landing page based on these customer pain points".

Vin replied

having an AI tool that helps you sift through all that customer data and turns it into actionable insights is a game changer

Sounds like a valuable tool that could be built on top of ChatGPT or another LLM 👍

Simple, Smart Startup Idea (Validated on Reddit)

💬 Glen Allsopp tweets about this ad running on Reddit…

Glen's comments…

Simple, smart startup idea.

A lot of small businesses have heard of AI, but aren't sure how it can help them.

This is one of the first Reddit Ads I've ever seen dozens of positive replies to, and almost all look like legit accounts (two were clearly AI responses).

100+ comments on the post within 2 weeks 🔥

Clearly a demand for this kind of thing in many different industries and geos.

And you wouldn't need to know a lot about AI to start something like this.

If you use ChatGPT daily and are familiar with tools like Zapier and Airtable, you could already help a lot of businesses 💪

AI + Old Solution = 3 Big Bags Of Money

A tweet from Rachid, who runs Rising Trends

AI + Old Solution = 💰💰💰

Our tool has spotted many trending keywords that highlight students shifting to AI solutions.

All you need to do is build an AI-version of the old solution.

A trend he highlights: AI Quiz Generator 📈

More and more people are searching for related keywords.

One key player in this space that is killing it is Revisely.com

started only back in Aug 2023 (1.5 years ago) and are now getting an estimated traffic 1.3 million…

This shows you can build a real business in under 2 years in this space.

💬 Rachid's advice for taking advantage of this "massive opportunity"...

1/ Pick one of these keywords (for example, "ai flashcard generator")

2/ Choose one popular test or exam (ex: SAT) that people are in great need to use flashcards for.

3/ Build a mobile or web app

4/ Use paid ads or SEO to drive traffic
