📣 ChatGPT recently announced…
a new generation of apps you can chat with, right inside ChatGPT. Developers can start building them today with the new Apps SDK, available in preview.
Greg Isenberg in a recent video…
it is possible that this becomes a big thing. And if it becomes a big thing… this is probably one of the bigger wealth creation moments in AI…
ChatGPT has 800 million weekly active users. So you can get in front of 800 million people every single week and sell them something… the discovery opportunity is huge
He goes on to share 5 apps you could build for this new app store 👇
🛠️ Greg says he'd try building such apps in Claude Code or Cursor.
How long would that take? I would say realistically two to three weeks to get something that’s working really well… you’d have to make sure that you get approved by OpenAI… maybe four weeks, in total 30 days.
Chris Koerner in a recent video…
there are these liquidation marketplaces where you can buy Costco returns and everything the TSA confiscates, you can buy for pennies on the dollar.
Two such websites 👇
👍 Chris recommends…
What you should do and can do is build an agent… just vibe code an agent that finds items for sale [on these marketplaces] according to your filters… let's say under $3000 within a 100 miles of your zip code.
And then it just posts them all for sale on Facebook Marketplace at a set markup, call it 80%.
So you list all these things on Facebook Marketplace and whatever starts taking off, getting a ton of hits and inquiries, then you actually go spend the money to buy the thing.
So essentially a dropshipping business, but an AI agent would do all the work to find winning products and willing buyers 🎯

Lots of ideas there, either for AI-powered SaaS or setting up those agents for businesses.
For example 👇
Alumni career matcher
Manual: A staff member in Career Services checks LinkedIn profiles to see if alumni have changed jobs. They search for students with similar career goals by digging through spreadsheets or notes in the CRM. When they find a potential match, they write and send an introduction email manually.
Agent: A Python agent monitors job changes using the LinkedIn API (e.g., an alum is promoted to senior UX designer at Google). It compares the alum’s updated job title and skills with student interests stored in Salesforce. When a strong match is found, the agent drafts a personalized introduction email and sends it automatically—allowing Career Services to scale mentorship outreach to hundreds of students with no extra staff time.
👀 Hdmando saw a truck owned by a construction company, made note of their phone number and sent them a text…
I was in back of your truck yesterday and something hit me. That you dont have a website.
📝 He writes…
I spent 20 mins with AI building a mockup page. Another 10 mins in GHL setting up a funnel, and less than half an hour later I had a hot lead. It's been less than 1 hour since the text went out and I have a sale in the books…
Do this 10x a day and your agency will generate $10k per month.

similar to my approach. I just walk through city and then screenshot advertisements… and just check online what that business has and what it lacks or what I could improve for them….
most of the business I come across are small private business or new startups that desperately need any help… So that's basically guaranteed hot lead's…
And just by making a test website to show them is huge for them, I also gone step further and created short videos that show how some other cool GHL features and tools can improve their business. And they absolutely love it, no need to convince them anything. The video's and the test website does the convincing part for me.
GHL = Go High Level (aff link)
That's an all-in-one software that makes it easy to provide a bunch of valuable services to small businesses 👍

You might have heard of Nano Banana, Google's latest AI image editing tool 🍌
Some people are calling it a Photoshop killer.
Rodrigo Rocco tweets a before and after image…
oh this is incredible 😱
This morning a client of mine (A boutique hotel in the UK) created a Trello task
I had an image of an empty table in their bistro
I asked 🍌: "add a British couple having lunch"
The clients went WTF!!!
Another example…
For image editing and combining images nano-banana is mind blowing 🤯
It managed to "move" a family from the beach to the hot tub of one of our villas
You could try offering this image enhancement service to real estate agents.
They send you bland photos of unfurnished properties, and you use Nano Banana to make them look way more compelling 😎

💬 Parijat Software got talking to the owner of an auto repair shop, who had an annoying problem…
He gets a lot of emails asking for quotes, but most don’t include complete vehicle information. He only checks emails at night after work, so if info is missing, he just replies asking for details. Then he has to wait until the next evening to send the actual quote. He said he loses a lot of customers because of that delay.
So Parijat set up a "simple n8n automation" that…
Pricing 👇
this is our first job for auto repair domain so fee is not that high.. $500 for setup and $50/mo for hosting, support/maintenance…
It only took a few hours to build. Been running for a couple weeks and he says it’s already helped him a lot.
For automation folks, this might be another niche to sell automation.
I reckon every small business has several inefficiencies along those lines that a simple n8n or Make automation could solve 🤖

I've been deep in the faceless content world for months now. These creators work on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, making AI content without ever showing their face. No personal branding needed, just good AI tools and hustle.
His top-rated way to make money with faceless, AI-generated video?
👉 Running an AI Creative Agency
This is hands down the biggest money maker I've seen.
Learn to create viral AI content with tools like Midjourney and RunwayML, then make ads for businesses.
I know multiple people doing this who are making serious money ($20k, $50k, $150k per month). If you stay on top of AI trends, you can create engaging ads in a few hours and charge $500-$3,000+ per project…
Most AI agency owners start by making their own faceless accounts go viral first. This proves they know what they're doing when they pitch clients…
This takes the most work but has the highest upside.
I agree, big upside there.
Get good at making faceless videos that get views, and the sky's the limit 📈
Might be worth playing around with some AI tools, see if you have a knack for this.

Pete McPherson shares on the SHN podcast…
A few I like the sound of 👇
🧐 But #14 really sticks out to me…
Pete ran a program called “Most Productive Month Ever” where he called participants 3-5 times per week, asking, “How’s it going? Did you do what you said you were going to do?” It had a 100% success rate.
The idea is to automate parts of this process while keeping human elements for real accountability. So AI could handle scheduling, progress tracking, and initial check-ins.
This could work for any goal — fitness, business, creative projects, or personal development.
Reminds me of: Boss As A Service = $62,500 Per Month
Sounds like Pete's non-automated program was a success, so you could do this manually to start, then work on automating it as you grow 📈
