Alarmify is an iPhone app that swaps the default alarm beep for any song on your Spotify or Apple Music.
Its founder sums up the pitch…
The default iPhone alarm feels like a punishment.
It shouldn’t. The first minute of the day should sound like something you chose, not something chosen for you.
The app is free, and users pay up to $49.99 a year for extras like waking up to a whole playlist.
Now it’s listed for sale at $1.78M, with about $600K in revenue over the past year and $42K a month in profit π€―
Most of that is subscriptions, and the rest comes from streaming royalties on the app’s own sleep playlists.
Growth took off at the end of 2025, according to the listing, when Apple let other apps tap into the iPhone’s own alarm system π
What it takes to run…
The cost structure involves minimal overheads, with average monthly expenses of about $2,318, allowing for operation as a solo business without requiring additional staffing.
That’s one feature, run by one person, so try vibe-coding your own version, maybe for Android, which Alarmify doesn’t support yet π
