Robot maker Figure says it has paid out $15M to people filming themselves doing everyday tasks 🤯

You wear a camera on your head and record your hands folding laundry, making beds or stocking shelves, and the footage teaches Figure’s robots to do the same.

And Figure is just getting started…

Its Index app has a waitlist, but others are paying already.

In the US, Instawork pays roughly $13–$25/hr for this, with some gigs up to $50/hr, and they supply the gear 💰

It works outside the US too: Sneha Jegadish earns about $120 a month filming 2–3 hours of her own housework a day in a small Indian town.
