He’s a full-time engineer and dad of three who co-owns five ATMs with a childhood friend. Together they pull in $1,500/month in surcharge fees for about an hour of work a week 🤑

The model is simple. Own a machine, place it in a local business, and pocket the ~$3 fee on every withdrawal. His best spot – a cash-only barbershop – does up to $600/month on its own.

Each machine runs about $4,500 to get going – hardware, the cash to load it, and supplies.

The surprising part isn’t the machine or the location…
