Site Cost $2K, Earns $1K/Month

I started this site in November 2019, it currently has 87 articles on it and gets around 1800 sessions a day.

It makes 95% of its money from Ezoic and a small amount from Amazon.

It’s averaging around $950/month over the last 6 months.

If I sold it now it should get a price between $25,000-$30,000.

Not bad for a site which only cost $2,000 to build!

How did he do it?

In short, Dan found some “low hanging fruit” keywords via Ahrefs, quickly built a site with ~50 pages of content.

Now, almost 18 months later, it’s earning around $950/month (mainly from display ads), and he reckons he could sell it for $25,000-$30,000.
