This is the authoritative Virtual Excellence Academy review.
The Virtual Excellence Academy is a popular virtual assistant course by Hannah Dixon. My team and I have signed up for the course and researched it thoroughly.
(Have you taken this course? Add your rating!)
If you want to know…
Then you’ve come to the right place.
Hey, I’m Niall Doherty.
I quit my last 9-to-5 job back in 2010.
Since then, I’ve earned my living online in various ways. Over the last 4 years (through 2023) I’ve earned $842,000 from my laptop.
I’m on a mission to accurately rate and review all the best online business courses. My team and I are spending many hours investigating these courses and getting feedback from real students.
All that to say: we know a thing or two about such courses and making money online.
We’re on a mission to properly rate and review all the top virtual assistant courses, based on our own in-depth research plus feedback from verified students.
The Virtual Excellence Academy is one of the best we’ve seen…
The Virtual Excellence Academy aims to help you make a living as a freelance virtual assistant.
A virtual assistant is someone who works online, helping another person or business with various tasks (eg. email management, data entry, customer service, etc).
As Hannah writes on the course sales page…
This program focuses heavily on the business side of things, from how to find, communicate with, and keep high-quality clients, to contracts, setting boundaries, pricing and marketing yourself in an ongoing and innovative way.
The Virtual Excellence Academy sells itself as a platform for both new VAs and those with experience who haven’t yet reached their full potential.
As stated on the sales page…
The Virtual Excellence Academy is THE business building course for both beginners in the online space and those who are ready to raise the bar and are tired. Tired of applying to fruitless low-paid gigs on Upwork, tired of working the 9-to-5, tired of working without the reward of your ideal lifestyle. We teach you the stuff that’ll set up you with strong foundations for long-term business success, whether you just want to work from home or want to travel the world!
Having seen inside the training, I tend to agree: it first introduces you to the VA world, then teaches you about more advanced subjects.
If you already have experience with virtual assistance, chances are you’ll still learn plenty due to the course’s size and all the bonuses.
Yes.
I only found words of praise for Hannah and her training during my research.
The Virtual Excellence Academy is widely considered to be one of the biggest and longest-running VA platforms. And Hannah has apparently “trained over 16,000 VAs who go on to work with top entrepreneurs and thought leaders.”
Hannah Dixon herself is a vocal advocate of ethical, intelligent hiring. Not only does her company, Digital Nomad Kit, regularly update its job listings, it also makes sure its students get adequately paid.
And as a “fully woman & LGBTQIA+ led team,” DNK seems to make it a priority for everyone to feel valued, too. As one reviewer puts it…
What makes VEA’s community different is the level of healthy advice that we receive, both from the team itself, as well as from each member. It is by far my favorite place online and I know that no matter the issue, the community is a safe space to talk. It is a truly diverse and unique space, and to be honest, I’ve never seen any other online community like this.

Below is an interview with Hannah so you can get a feel for her style…
They seem to be, yes.
We’ve collected and published several reviews from Hannah’s students (see them all here).
One of the most impressive testimonials…
I went from being alone at my laptop with low confidence, no solid plans, and a nagging fear of needing to apply to a 9-5 job again to make ends meet… to making more annually than I ever made at my corporate jobs – in just 2 years!
Ren Caldwell
Others have praised the VEA matchmaking service…
One of my retainer clients came from the matchmaking service, where Hannah introduces the perfect VA depending on the client’s needs and personality. I’m happy I got to meet the client in this way because the introduction was so much easier. Having the VEA approval before meeting the client meant that we could have a very calm discovery call.

Browse through the official Virtual Excellence Academy webpages and you’ll also find no shortage of student testimonials…
Unfortunately, many testimonials on the sales page seem to offer generic praise, and thus don’t show the true value of the training, IMO. However, those that mention results achieved from having followed the training do sound impressive.
Overall, my impression is that the training proves effective for most people who put in the work consistently.
The listed price for The Virtual Excellence Academy is $1,100 one time.
There’s also The Legacy Edition, an upgraded version of VEA that offers additional coaching on niching and website building, among other things. It costs $1,500.
According to Hannah, you can also pay for both plans in 2, 4, or 6 installments. The total cost is the same either way.
You get lifetime access no matter how you pay.
Keep in mind that you may want to put a little extra money aside for some paid tools that Hannah recommends within the training. (None of these are essential to follow the training or to become a successful VA, and they do a good job of recommending free tools when sufficient.)
I didn’t find much info about discounts for VEA, but Hannah often offers a discount for The Legacy Edition.
If there’s an active promotion, you’ll see the discount applied automatically when you visit the sales page.
The sales page for The Virtual Excellence Academy never seems to mention refunds.
However, Hannah told me via email that the training usually doesn’t give refunds at all…
We don’t offer refunds officially as students get instant access to all of our material and community events, even if they are on payment plans, however behind the scenes we are open to offering discretionary refunds under exceptional circumstances on a case by case basis.
Policies like this are no good, IMO. I’ve seen many digital products that are delivered instantly but still offer refunds.
Here’s what the training looks like once you log in and open one of the lessons…
There are 12 modules inside of the core training, as well as numerous bonus modules. They feature a healthy mix of concise text and video lessons.
The text lessons usually have plenty of pictures and examples to showcase good VA practices more efficiently.
The same goes for the videos, which are usually between 5 and 35 minutes long. Most of them also have some nice add-ins like transcripts and subtitles.
Even though the VEA is huge, there isn’t a search function, so finding your way around isn’t exactly easy. Returning to a certain lesson may be a challenge, but at least the modules are well organized.
The core training has tons of bonus content, such as tool recommendations, templates, and action steps. The Legacy Edition improves this even further by adding a total of eight bonus courses:
You also get access to a private Facebook group when you sign up for VEA…
There is a decent amount of activity in the group, with a few posts each day and every question seems to get a thoughtful response.
A few things to like about The Virtual Excellence Academy…
Some knocks on The Virtual Excellence Academy…
From what I’ve seen, the vast majority of people who buy this course end up happy with their purchase.
I think it’s easy to see why: this is one of the longest-running virtual assistant courses around, yet Hannah still seems to update it on a regular basis. The training also seems incredibly comprehensive, and the students only have good things to say about the community.
Given that, I consider VEA to be a solid investment if you’re committed to starting – or scaling – your freelance virtual assistant career.
Check the sales page to see if the Virtual Excellence Academy is open for enrollment right now. If it isn’t, consider signing up for Hannah’s next 5 Day VA Challenge; that’s free and will give you a good feel for her training.
We’re on a mission to find the best “make money online” course, based on real student feedback and our extensive research.
Here’s our top 5…
I did a lot of research before choosing Hannah’s course and it was clear, reading around, that her course was what I needed.
You need to put the work in and be invested in the course, but the support you receive from the community, and this ‘I can do it!’ feeling it gives you, is amazing!
I even found my first client thanks to this community!
The structure of her course is very straightforward, and the content is valuable and constantly improving.
You have access to plenty of extra bonuses and can take the course in the order you like.
Plus there is a matchmaking service that is really well organized!
I joined Digital Nomad Kit (now Virtual Excellence Academy) in 2019 after years (probably like 8) of following Hannah on socials.
Everything seemed too good to be true at first. Boy was I wrong. I am so glad I did the jump, it was the first step into a new life!
This course and the lifelong community that comes with it helped me to have the confidence to finally break free, be self-employed, and stay self-employed, lol.
The academy (which is updated regularly) helps you from the absolute basics to build your online business including topics like marketing, portfolio, contracts, and even mental health.
My absolute favorite thing about the academy is the supportive and diverse community. I met so many amazing people through their FB group and am still in touch with a lot of them.
There are also regular events like digital decluttering, coworking, and even self-care sessions.
Thank you so much Hannah for doing what you are doing and guiding the way, I am very grateful I found you all those years ago!
I joined the Virtual Excellence Academy back in 2019, and my life changed forever.
When I first started trying to become a virtual assistant I attended a lot of free webinars that were just a very long pitch, so when someone recommended I join Hannah’s 5-Day VA Challenge I was skeptical.
I joined anyway and I’m SO glad I did. Hannah provided real, tangible value during that week.
I got my first client on day 4 and decided to join the paid program. Best decision I had made.
The program features practical actionable steps that help you build your online service-based business.
Everything you need and nothing you don’t: how to set up your business, how to market yourself, how to make a portfolio, how to take care of your mental health as an entrepreneur, as well as different tools tutorials, templates, and checklists.
The course content is updated regularly. It has changed so much since I first joined, and it only got better!
On top of all that, and honestly my favorite thing about this program, the course includes access to a private Facebook group with a very active and supportive community.
We’re a diverse bunch, with different backgrounds and interests, and we do our best to help each other and elevate the industry. Being able to tap into the years of collective knowledge accumulated in this group is just priceless.
Hannah is also very present in the Facebook community, she and her team see all posts and provide support daily.
The group has online events regularly, including Q&As, digital decluttering sessions, coworking sessions, and self-care sessions, and we often have VEA students and experts on different topics giving live workshops.
Hannah fosters a safe, diverse, and positive space in her community, and genuinely cares for her students.
She’s passionate about ethical hiring, and as a part of the program, you gain access to a private job board and can participate in her match-making service where she connects those who are looking to hire with the VAs in the community.
I’ll be forever grateful for this course.
Thanks to Hannah, I’ve been able to design a life I’m comfortable with and create a business that aligns with my values and passions, an income that supports my interests, and the flexibility to spend my time watching my son grow.
Hannah has a decade of experience in the VA space, and she knows her stuff.
A 5-Day Challenge that she offers for free several times a year changes lives, particularly by showing people what is possible.
Mindset is a big part of the challenge and also of the Virtual Excellence Academy course.
I have learned that I am a business owner (not an employee and certainly not a gig worker to be exploited) and that I get to design my lifestyle around the VA career.
I quit my full-time job a year ago and have since fulfilled my decade-long dream of living in Mexico, with an increasingly successful freelance business. In the first seven weeks of 2024 I’ve already billed $5,000 working only part-time hours.
She’s provided comprehensive course content, which did not disappoint, unlike other online courses, so I stayed motivated to finish the Virtual Excellence Academy.
What I most appreciate about Hannah are her values.
I love that the community she’s built is safe and inclusive and that she advocates for fair pay for VAs no matter where in the world they happen to live.
Whenever I need to (e.g. pivoting to a new niche, or offering a new service), I can refer back to Virtual Excellence Academy lessons or the private community (which you have access to for life at no extra cost), and I always find the advice, tools, skills, and encouragement I need.
The Virtual Excellence Academy is a course filled with knowledge, sizable sections, and actionable steps from day one.
It is super inclusive and suitable for people all over the globe and not country-specific as I find most online courses.
Hannah is such a charismatic and great teacher. Having been in the coaching and teaching industry myself, I see how she gets through repetitive questions and topics with a smile and giggle where most would start to lose patience.
She also knows exactly what to ask and how to guide you to find the answer you need.
The course is so comprehensive that it is almost impossible to finish because Hannah and the Virtual Excellence Academy team keep adding new things to the course, which (the majority) are free.
Is it value for money? Absolutely!
I got back the money I invested within a couple of months of contracting with my client.
Let’s also take a moment to appreciate the community she has built! I feel like I always have support when I need it.
They organize co-working every week (for free!) and the community is an encyclopedia of know-how and real-time/updated Q&As and problem-shooting.
It is genuinely one of the best work-related communities, how you want a “real” office to be like.
I am very skeptical about online courses, but I am so happy I enrolled and now live the life I have dreamed about having.

Hannah Dixon’s Virtual Excellence Academy is the best investment I’ve made in years!
The original content was critical to launching my VA business, but that isn’t the only thing this course provides.
Over the years that I have been a part of the inner circle, the team continues to add new content, update old content, and generally make sure you are on the cutting edge of all concepts of virtual assistance!
The other benefit of this course is the amazingly supportive community of expert students from the course which are fantastic resources for peer-to-peer learning.
There are also thousands of trusted people you can turn to when you hit a wall and need an assist.
This course has helped me land my first two clients within two weeks of starting the program using Hannah’s customized methods of activating your preexisting network.
I was able to start earning $3000+ a month within just three or four months of joining the program.
A few years later and several personal growth spells later (aided by the inner circle community) I’m consistently pulling in anywhere from $5k-$10k months!
Don’t hesitate or get distracted by other offerings in this space. This is the one!
I was laid off in November 2022 and began assessing the mortgage banking business and how I might still use the various skills I had as a remote worker.
I didn’t know where to begin, and I did realize that my skills with apps and social media were lacking.
Working for a large corporation means you use what they provide.
You are limited often to Microsoft products only, which isn’t a bad thing, but there is just so much more out there to use for project management, working remotely assisting others.
I needed help with various things. I was a senior underwriter and I did underwrite this virtual business world.
I watched YouTube videos, I read reviews, and I narrowed it down to three.
I kept coming back to Hannah because of all the positive comments on the community which is very important to me.
I have learned a mind-boggling amount of stuff from Virtual Excellence Academy, including learning more about myself.
I’ve learned what lights me up, what I love doing, and that I might want to hire a VA for myself.
Enlightening beyond words.
Not only have I learned the step-by-step skills to be a professional virtual assistant.
What is also great is that all of the online tools I need to help me succeed are listed in an easy-to-digest manner.
Therefore, I was able to follow along at my speed.
Also, the course is updated often with relevant information.
Of all the online courses I have purchased in the last three years to better my quality of life, this one has been the most impactful!
My business was a side hustle for over 20 years before I lost my full-time job during COVID-19. I decided to dive into it full-time and joined Hannah’s 5-day virtual assistant challenge to see what it was all about.
In 5 days, I had done more for my business than I had in the year and a half since I lost my job. I knew I had to see what else the VEA (Virtual Excellence Academy) had to offer.
What doesn’t it have to offer? Seriously, I cannot actually complete the course because Hannah keeps adding new modules that are timely and full of added value.
The material applies to a newbie just starting or a seasoned professional.
Modules like the contracts+ bundle and WordPress beginners kit are either lifesaving tools or refreshers with an updated perspective.
The community alone is worth the price. From podcast managers to OBMs and writers to executive assistants, there is a wealth of experience to draw on.
When you’re stuck on a module or need support for your business, the community is quick to jump in and help you with resources, answers, or a virtual hug.
Not only do we have the option to co-work weekly, but Hannah also puts on regular events and meetups around the world, giving many of us opportunities to network and socialize we might not otherwise have. Did I mention there’s no additional cost for these?
The second reason I knew I wanted in on this incredible offer was the job board. Job offers come to us via a private network that we may not otherwise ever see.
Hannah also has a matchmaking service, pairing businesses with virtual professionals. I was matched with an ideal client and my first month’s retainer more than covered the cost of the course.
I’ve been in other courses. I’ve watched a million webinars and sales pitches. But Hannah is the most hands-on I’ve ever seen when it comes to the community and giving back.
She takes the time to provide thoughtful, insightful responses or connect people with others who can provide a solution. This is not a place where you’ll feel lost or left out. Hannah makes sure of that.
I’ve been a part of this community for more than a year now, and have only gotten through about 20% of the course because Hannah keeps adding new material. I’m not complaining though!
In fact, I thank Hannah almost every time we connect so that she knows how much I appreciate the support of this amazing community she’s built.
If it’s not already, the VEA should be award-winning!
I was extremely hesitant to take this course. Investing money when you aren’t working is extremely scary.
However, I’ve not once regretted this investment. I made back my investment in less than a month of starting the course.
I didn’t think I had any skills required to transfer working online. I had been a waitress for the previous 6 years, and only worked in an office once in my life for a couple of months, and had taught myself Photoshop as a teenager.
But this course totally changed my life. It taught me how to figure out what I was good at, how to turn it into a business, and then how to get clients.
Beyond just the course content, the community of the course is truly priceless. Being able to ask questions, and just feel supported and accountable is what really helped me move forward.
I also used the community’s job board to get my first three clients, which was very helpful.
Before I became a virtual assistant, I thought I’d be maxed out at making $15 per hour – I couldn’t be more wrong!
With the support from this community and the information I learned in the course, I discovered that I would be able to make an actual comfortable living… and now I am!
I’m working way less than when I was a waitress, and earning more!
If you have any doubts about making this investment, I can promise you that if you put in the work and show up for yourself, your life will never be the same after signing up for this course!
I stumbled upon The Virtual Excellence Academy during the pandemic. I was bored out of my mind, looking for options to make money online while not allowed to go to my 9-5 job.
The joke’s on me, as this course showed me that I never have to return to my 9-5 job – I learned I have more talents than I thought I did. That never occurred to me before I met Hannah Dixon.
The sentence “Maybe you’re really amazing at MS Word, and somewhere in this world there’s someone who needs your knowledge” changed my life!
Hannah probably doesn’t remember this, but that’s her genius. She genuinely shares her knowledge without knowing how much she’s impacting you.
I tried her recipe for a VA life because she made it sound simple while still keeping my 9-5 job. In less than a year, I figured out I could earn 3 times what I earn at a “normal” job while working less than 8 hours daily. So, I made that switch. I just took the plunge.
Three years later, as I write this, I have four clients on a retainer, and I work 6 hours daily (on busy days).
I have time to cook lunch for me and my fiancee, to grab a beer at 6 pm with a friend. I have a laptop I bought with cash, I am on top of my rent and bills, and I can go and buy whatever outfit I want.
This course taught me that I decide the value of my work, and that I can live a relaxed life because I have the value and knowledge people need. Therefore, if you’re looking for a course to invest your time and money in, this is the one. Scouts honor!
The Virtual Excellence Academy (VEA) is an invaluable resource for aspiring VAs or anyone looking for an income source online! By signing up for the VEA, you gain access to a comprehensive course that covers every aspect of being a VA, from setting up your technical infrastructure to establishing your own business.
Even better is that new modules are regularly added to ensure you stay up-to-date. Every time I think I am about to finish the course, new modules are added!
The course is designed for you to learn at your own pace, and as a member, you’ll enjoy lifetime access to the materials. Additionally, flexible payment plans are available to accommodate your financial needs.
One of the highlights of the VEA is the exclusive access it grants you to the VEA Facebook group. Trust me when I say that this group alone is worth the price of admission.
The community consists of individuals who are also enrolled in the course and actively participate in the group discussions. I find myself learning something new every day when I log in.
Whenever I have a specific question or topic I’d like to explore, I simply search for related conversations within the group. Alternatively, I can post my question and receive invaluable insights from fellow members whom I trust and look up to.
Furthermore, as a VEA member, you’ll have access to a job board that offers two levels of opportunities. The first level allows anyone to post job openings on Hannah’s website, which are then shared on the job board. Through this method, I’ve successfully secured two clients.
The second level involves a matchmaking service, wherein clients pay Hannah to conduct interviews and post job listings. Hannah and her team carefully select the top three candidates and then send them to the biz owner. I’ve had the fortune of landing two clients through this process.
Also, the Facebook group frequently showcases job openings shared by other members.
The sense of community within the VEA is indeed exceptional. As someone who enjoys a nomadic lifestyle, I’ve found immense support from like-minded individuals pursuing similar paths. Everyone is incredibly helpful and encouraging, whether they work remotely or from home or are just starting their VA and/or freelancing journey.
Again, the VEA community is worth the price of admission alone!
I have been thinking about what I want to do when I retire and knew that with over 30 years of admin, event planning, travel planning, and technology training experience I have something to offer to entrepreneurs and small business owners who need a virtual assistant.
Still, I had no idea how to get started. I tried a couple of ‘challenges’ from different VA courses that were offered on Facebook, but Hannah’s course and community resonated with me.
I did the challenge twice before I decided to join and I am glad that I invested. The course is designed very thoughtfully. It’s very easy to follow along and I can work at my own pace.
Also, the community is amazing! Everyone is gracious and willing to answer questions and Hannah is very hands-on. There are offered monthly calls, co-working sessions, and a generally good vibe from people at various stages in their business from around the world.
After a year in the program, the Virtual Excellence Academy and Hannah Dixon continue to deliver outstanding and relevant content to VAs such as how to use LinkedIn and AI. They focus on why mindset matters which helps students achieve their goals.
I am glad I invested in my success with this program.
I can’t say enough good things about Hannah Dixon’s Virtual Excellence Academy and the DNK team behind it.
First of all, the DNK team is super supportive and always ready to lend a helping hand and create a welcoming community. They truly make you feel like you’re part of something special.
The course itself is a treasure trove of knowledge. There are so many valuable nuggets packed in, you’ll feel like you’re on a gold rush! And the best part is that everything is presented in a way that makes learning a breeze.
But what I loved the most is the content/challenges to help get you in the right mindset to take those crucial first steps to create the life and business of your dreams. It’s like a pep talk from your best friend, giving you that extra confidence boost to chase your dreams.
So, if you’re looking for a course that’s informative, boosts your self-belief, and surrounds you with an amazing community, look no further than the Virtual Excellence Academy. It’s a game-changer!
I joined the VEA course almost two years ago, and ever since then, my life completely changed for the better.
During this time, I learned so much about the correct mindset for a business owner, managed to find friends and accountability buddies in the community, and, of course, had plenty of clients from all over the world.
The team also hosts online self-care sessions/ digital decluttering sessions/ get to know each other sessions/ weekly coworking and others, so we get to know each other on a personal level. I love it.
The solutions offered by Hannah are working so well, that I didn’t even have time to blink before I got my first client! She hosted a one-week workshop teaching us how to communicate with possible clients and in no time, various solopreneurs (my target audience) were contacting me and asked if I’m willing to help them. I didn’t even have to do any cold calling or selling, it was incredible.
Honestly, getting this course will likely change your life for the better, too.
Getting the Legacy Edition is much better if you’re planning to build your website (totally recommended nowadays) and build a business for real, one that lasts more than any other jobs you’ve had. If you’re considering this career for the long run, you are in the right place.
I started with the free 5-Day VA Challenge and instantly fell in love with Hannah’s personality, teaching style, humor, and the program graduates who came to additionally support us newbies.
Since then, everything just got better: the support only grew within the private Inner Circle group, Hannah’s humor and style have remained consistent (as of this review I’ve been following her for 2.5 years), and she just keeps adding content to the course making it more and more valuable!
It was super well-rounded, to begin with, and just keeps getting better. Plus, the fact that she doesn’t charge for continued participation in the Inner Circle Facebook group is amazing, and so appreciated.

A friend sent me the link to the 5-Day VA Challenge almost two years ago. I did the free challenge and then enrolled in the course. I cannot say enough how amazing the community is. They are a weird and wonderful bunch. Hannah encourages everyone to embrace their weirdness, so they won’t mind me saying that lol. They’re also very welcoming and super helpful.
As well as having access to a hive mind in the community for those times when you need help with something, Hannah frequently posts jobs in the group that we can all apply to. Three of my four retainer clients are from Hannah’s matchmaking service.
I have learned so much since I enrolled. You don’t know what you don’t know, and I’ve had my eyes opened to many new skills and things to learn. The learning never stops! I’ve also been able to supplement my income. Some people go at this full time and others keep it part-time. I am supremely grateful that my friend shared the link with me for the challenge.
When I first decided I wanted to start a virtual business, I didn’t know where to start. I found Hannah and the Virtual Excellence Academy – and I’m so glad I did!
The course is very easy to follow and I enjoy how Hannah presents by sharing her screen so I know exactly where to find info when I’m trying to apply it myself. She is easygoing and factual which is how I prefer to learn.
After implementing the lessons, by the end of the first week I had my business set up, my offers decided, and I was actively networking and meeting with potential clients. I’m so grateful that I joined this community of digital service providers.
In January of 2020, I took the VEA (Virtual Excellence Academy) course run by Hannah Dixon and it was SO good. At the time, I didn’t know what a VA was and the term “digital nomad” was pretty new to me, as well. I was trying to work from home using my web and marketing background to help small businesses, so the free 5-day challenge Hannah offers seemed like a good fit.
During this time, I was pushed out of my comfort zone rut and tasked to get my online profiles in order, advised on how to do it correctly, and given a forum to illicit critiques from others and to draw from their submissions as well. We were also led to define ourselves, what we were good at, what we enjoyed doing, and what we could make money doing. We learned why niching was important for our success, how to price our services fairly and how to address the mindset behind our value and self-worth.
You see, there is a lot of fear and insecurity when you attempt to start your own business. There is imposter syndrome and undervaluing yourself and being afraid that you can’t or shouldn’t even start if you don’t know everything.
I needed support and that was mainly why I decided to enroll in the paid VEA. Having the common tools, the contracts, the payment systems, etc. to make me look professional for each new client was worth the cost alone. The additional support from the private “inner circle” on Facebook – well, that was and is priceless.
I went from being alone at my laptop with low confidence, no solid plans, and a nagging fear of needing to apply to a 9-5 job again to make ends meet… to making more annually than I ever made at my corporate jobs – in just 2 years! Now I do everything with confidence from the discovery call to the contracts and systems, and even to handling my business license, insurance, taxes, and payroll “like a boss”.
My inner circle family is always there for me, holding fun monthly events like self-care and gaming zooms, weekly coworking sessions, and just lending advice when I seek it or offering cheers when I share a new victory.
So, is a paid VEA course worth it? It was for me and it still pays off every day. Without it, I can’t imagine I’d be where I’m now. Also, the larger bundle (called The Legacy Edition) is worth it – the contracts, niching workshop, and especially the WordPress course with the Divi Theme/Builder license included. Both VEA courses include access to the awesome inner circle so you win either way!
I had invested in the Digital Nomad Kit course not necessarily to implement the skills learned as a VA. In fact, I’ve launched my travel business by following Hannah’s course outline. She is very supportive and available to provide feedback and answer questions. She has established an amazing community where someone is always going to have an answer to any question.
The course helped me to get very focused and examine what my true interests are. Because of Hannah’s course, I was able to set up my travel business. The modules helped me figure out the necessary steps and tools I needed to implement to set up the business on my own. Since starting the course I’ve earned just under $2,500. I definitely recommend this investment.
Is this course still recommended if the student is from a third world country or Southeast Asia wanting to start a thriving VA business?
Hi Annie. In general, yes. There are lots of successful VAs from countries like the Philippines. But you would need to have a decent laptop and internet connection to make it work.
