This is a concept from the excellent Chet Holmes book, The Ultimate Sales Machine (not as sleazy as it sounds).

The idea is to get hyper-specific about who your dream clients/partners/prospects are, actually write out a list of your top 100, then focus relentlessly on building relationships with just those people 🤝
