Then he finds the raw clip via Google Lens, AI-strips its captions, has AI rewrite the script, and adds a voiceover.

RPMs in this niche run 27-31¢ per 1,000 qualified views. One of Kellan’s clips did 6.3M views for $1,700. Another did 7.9M for $2,400 🤯

YouTube’s reused-content policy hangs over the whole thing, but Kellan reckons the arrows + voiceover do enough “transformative” work to stay monetized.
