  • Wish – Figure out what you want.
  • Outcome – Think about how you’d feel if that wish came true. What would be the #1 benefit?
  • Obstacle – What is the main thing holding you back from making it happen?
  • Plan – Make a plan for handling that obstacle when it arises.
