Fully Booked VA is a course by Gina Horkey, who you may know from her old website Horkey Handbook.
Gina’s course was previously called 30 Days or Less to Virtual Assistant Success. My team and I have researched the training thoroughly and shared our insights below.

Hey, I’m Niall Doherty.
I quit my last 9-to-5 job back in 2010.
Since then, I’ve earned my living online in various ways. Over the last 4 years (through 2023) I’ve earned $842,000 from my laptop.
I’m on a mission to accurately rate and review all the best online business courses. My team and I are spending many hours investigating these courses and getting feedback from real students.
All that to say: we know a thing or two about such courses and making money online.
We’re on a mission to properly rate and review all the top virtual assistant courses, based on our own in-depth research plus feedback from verified students.
Fully Booked VA seems like a solid course but it doesn’t quite top our list…
Fully Booked VA aims to help you start your own freelance virtual assistant business.
A virtual assistant is someone who works online, helping another person or business with various tasks. Examples of such tasks: uploading content to a website, managing email accounts, scheduling or posting content to social media.
As a freelancer you would be running your own business. Clients would hire you as a virtual assistant to help with their business activities.
As Gina States on the sales page…
Get the confidence and step-by-step clarity you need to turn your existing skills and experience into a profitable virtual assisting business…
+ book your first paying client in the next 90 days or less → GUARANTEED!
Fully booked VA primarily sells itself as a platform for beginner VAs…
Get lifetime support, coaching and the step-by-step system you need to: Go from “I have no idea how to make this work” to #FullyBooked Virtual Assistant… … and confidently book your first paying client (or three!) in the next 90 days or less!
However, Gina teaches her students how to focus on a certain niche. I suspect that VAs with prior experience may also find lots of value here.
Yes.
Gina apparently spent much of the past decade helping up-and-coming virtual assistants, and has more than 20 years of sales experience.
Her course appears to be very well regarded, with plenty of students having nothing but nice things to say about it.
In short, my research didn’t turn up anything about Gina that should give you pause. She seems to be as real and legit as it gets.
Here’s a video from her YouTube channel so you can get a feel for her style…
It’s quite easy to find students of Fully Booked VA reporting impressive results.
For example…
During my research for Fully Booked VA, I found more legit success stories than with any other virtual assistant course we’ve investigated (with the possible exception of The Savvy System).
Many FBVA testimonials even mention the amount of money a student has made, or the number of clients obtained 👍
The only thing that’s missing from these testimonials are dates. I prefer to know when a student took the course, so it’s clear if I’m looking at someone who succeeded with the training recently or several years ago.
Still, I think Gina’s training is quite evergreen, so undated testimonials aren’t a big deal.
For full access to the Fully Booked VA training, you have three options:
The payment plans add up to $1379 and $1380, respectively.
You get lifetime access with either option, as well as 12 weeks of access to the community and support.
After the 12 weeks run out, you’ll need to pay $49/mo for continued access to the community and support. Gina promises that you can cancel this at any time (unclear if there is any refund option here).
Although the sales page doesn’t seem to mention it, be aware that you will need an additional budget for setting up and running your VA business.
Expenses like this are minimal, IMO, but do keep them in mind.
I searched for a coupon codes, but I didn’t find any valid ones.
If you’re still on the fence about whether you should sign up for the full training, Gina also offers a $97 mini course to kickstart your virtual assistant business.
The sales page for Fully Booked VA specifies a lifetime refund policy…
All YOU have to do is dig in and follow the plan we’ve laid out for you! If you’ve followed our plan and haven’t made your money back, feel free to cash in our LIFETIME money-back guarantee.
Here’s what you must do – and show proof of – to qualify for a refund…
I prefer to see a no-questions-asked money-back guarantee for a course like this, but I think the above requirements are fair enough. If you are serious about becoming a successful virtual assistant, you should have no problem completing them, especially since there’s no deadline.
Also, I haven’t seen anyone reporting issues getting a refund on their purchase of Fully Booked VA, so you can rest easy with this guarantee.
Fully Booked VA isn’t just a course about becoming a virtual assistant. It also has a popular private community, as well as support and plenty of other bonuses.
The training itself is called VA Foundations. Here’s how Gina Horkey explains it…
It walks you step-by-step through the process of launching your VA biz: from choosing your services, pricing them and getting people to actually pay you…
… all the way to managing clients, delivering an amazing experience and setting your business up for long-term success!
The training also teaches you about pitching your services to clients, growing your income, and business legalities.
I consider the course to be highly comprehensive, practical, and with step-by-step lessons that are easy to follow.
VA Foundations also gives you various templates and workbooks you can use to fully implement the training.
Once you complete the training, you get a certificate. That’s when you also get lifetime access to Specialization Tracks. They provide further training and other resources to focus your VA career and become a specialist in one (or more) of the following areas…
Another thing you’re getting with a Fully Booked VA membership is 12 months of access to support.
The support includes a built-in private community forum, weekly group coaching calls, and access to client leads once you get a certification. The latter is how Gina claims that most students land their first clients.
Although it’s advertised as part of support, you also get lifetime access to monthly deep-dive training.
Here are a few things to like about Fully Booked VA…
A few things about Fully Booked VA that might give you pause…
I was pleasantly surprised by Fully Booked VA, and only have good things to say about it. If you’re an aspiring virtual assistant, I’m happy to recommend Gina’s course.
With so many bonuses, comprehensive training, and support, I can’t see how you can go wrong with it.
If the price of the full course is a bit steep for you, keep in mind that Gina also offers a free ebook and an inexpensive mini course. You can always check these out first and see if they resonate with you.
We’re on a mission to find the best “make money online” course, based on real student feedback and our extensive research.
Here’s our top 5…
The valuable part was the clear focus on foundational skills like inbox management, client communication, and time tracking.
These practical tools helped me establish a structured workflow. However, the course spent too much time on basic tasks that could easily be self-taught or found in free resources online.
It overpromised on the financial success aspect.
I didn’t feel the income expectations aligned with the realities of a competitive market. Many of the advanced strategies were repetitive or vague, making parts of the course feel like a waste of time.
If you’re looking for a good introduction, it’s decent. But for someone with any remote work experience, I’d recommend sticking to free content or investing in specialized skill courses.
One course I took that was genuinely helpful was by Gina Horkey.
The course covered the essentials of starting a VA business, including client acquisition, service offerings, and pricing strategies.
Gina’s approach was practical and straightforward, and I appreciated the community support that came with it.
I found it particularly helpful to have access to templates and real-life examples. The experience motivated me to take actionable steps toward building my business.
Embarking on the Fully Booked VA course was a decision driven by a desire to acquire skills, not just to earn money.
This course has proven to be a pivotal element in the success of my business. The investment of time and money has been advantageous, as the skills learned have been integral to my business operations.
The lesson plans are detailed and well-paced, allowing for a deep dive into each topic. Community support stands out as a significant benefit.
Additionally, the customer support provided by the course facilitators is top-notch, always available to address any concerns or questions, making the learning journey smooth and enjoyable.
I wholeheartedly recommend this course to anyone seeking to enhance their soft skills, regardless of their intention to work as a VA.
Taking the Fully Booked VA course has been a game-changer for me mainly in managing my business. It has prompted me to become more organized with all the minute tasks that come with running a business.
Before, I often found myself overwhelmed by the sheer volume of small, yet crucial, tasks that needed attention.
However, the course provided me with practical strategies and tools to streamline these tasks efficiently.
One of the most significant changes has been my approach to documentation. I now document everything meticulously, from client interactions to project timelines, which has made a world of difference.
The results have been remarkable; managing my business has become much easier, and my day-to-day tasks are now simplified.
This newfound organization has not only improved my productivity but also reduced my stress levels, allowing me to focus more on growing my business and delivering exceptional service to my clients.
Fully Booked VA has some good information, but it is definitely not worth the price. The overall site is very bland, and I anticipated a lot more knowledge than the small group of courses available.
I was able to get through the coursework in less than a week. It left me feeling rather high and dry. About 80% of the information presented I had already read prior in other free courses.
Also, be aware that some of the leads posted there are not always aware that they will receive pitches from all students. I found that out the hard way. I would 100% take it back.
Couple of postings were cool, but being a VA without personal leads almost guarantees failure. Too many companies outsource the work for a fraction of the price this course suggested, so I’m not sure if students could make a living off of it.
It was disheartening to see that the course owner completely switched up her passion. It looks like the VA biz has been completely pushed to the side. It almost seems that the company is on to the next pyramid scheme.
Gina Horkey’s The Fully Booked VA course is amazing. It is designed to help you start your business. You learn all about what it takes to become a VA: how to get clients, how to price your packages, and how to run the business. This is a great start!
Then, you can get into specialization tracks. I have taken almost all of them to learn new skill sets. One of them was a course on creating an agency which helped me start the agency I have today. I’ve been a part of this process for almost 4 years now, and each year I’ve grown in my skillset and my income.
When I first purchased this course I made back my initial investment in the first month. Since then I have been successfully been generating 5-6k in income and have a marketing agency.
