This is the ultimate Food Blogger Pro review.
Food Blogger Pro is a blogging course by Lindsay and Bjork Ostrom. My team and I have researched the training thoroughly and shared our insights below.

If you’re eager to learn…
Then definitely keep reading.
Hey, I’m Niall Doherty.
I quit my last 9-to-5 job back in 2010.
Since then, I’ve earned my living online in various ways. Over the last 4 years (through 2023) I’ve earned $842,000 from my laptop.
I’m on a mission to accurately rate and review all the best online business courses. My team and I are spending many hours investigating these courses and getting feedback from real students.
All that to say: we know a thing or two about such courses and making money online.
Food Blogger Pro aims to help you build and grow a blog that gets tons of traffic from Google and other search engines.
Food Blogger Pro also touches on various ways of monetizing a blog – eg. via affiliate marketing, ads, and sponsored content.
Food Blogger Pro sells itself as training that’s mainly intended for food bloggers, but it may also be helpful to others…
The tutorials can help any blogger, but they’re tailored to food bloggers who are interested in starting, growing, or increasing revenue. Career bloggers may find some helpful tips, tricks, and industry trends on Food Blogger Pro, but the membership is not intended for those who are blogging full-time.
Based on blogger testimonials on the sales page, the description above looks accurate enough. Many of them regret not taking the course earlier, claiming that it would have made growing their websites considerably easier.
Yes.
Lindsay and Bjork Ostrom seem like legit folk, and so does the rest of the team. What really caught my attention reputation-wise is the Experts section. Here, you can see how each person on the team contributes to the course.
Another great thing in this regard is that Pinch of Yum, the Ostroms’ site, seems to be doing really well. The following graph makes them even more reputable in my eyes…
In terms of sheer content, this is one of the biggest courses I’ve seen to date. It may take you several months just to go through everything it has to offer!
The only thing that may give you pause here is that the testimonials rarely talk about money made from following this course. That’s likely because it usually takes a lot of time and hard work before a blog becomes seriously profitable.
Nevertheless, FBP seems to receive lots of praise and very little criticism.
Speaking of which…
It’s easy enough to find students of Food Blogger Pro reporting impressive results.
For example…
Even though there aren’t any numbers shown, or even dates for these testimonials, looking up their domains on Ahrefs reveal impressive results.
Whenever the owner of Hot Rod’s Recipes took the course, it really does seem like it’s been doing wonders for him…
The same can be said for Let Them Eat Gluten Free Cake…
Hard to tell exactly how effective Food Blogger Pro actually is. But I’m willing to give it the benefit of the doubt. Considering the results shown above, it most likely produces great results if you put in the work.
Food Blogger Pro has two payment plans:
Not only do you save up $46 per year with the yearly plan, you also get access to Nutrifox, which generates nutrition labels like those found on the back of food products. Bought separately, Nutrifox costs $9 per month or $89 per year.
There are no other differences between the two plans, so we can’t really say that FBP is forcing you to go for the yearly plan. It is a shame how there is no monthly plan, however.
Just keep in mind that blogging has some additional expenses, although they’re not substantial. The only thing you’ll need to pay for at the very start is website hosting.
Most other expenses seem to be necessary only if you’re looking to speed up the process of growing your blog. I’d prefer if they mentioned this on the sales page, but they at least go through it inside of the course.
There were no coupons for Food Blogger Pro at the time of writing.
However, they do offer them from time to time on their Coupons page. Your best bet is probably to check that page frequently.
The sales page for Food Blogger Pro specifies a 60-day money-back guarantee…
Our 60-day money-back guarantee allows you the time to explore Food Blogger Pro for nearly two months to see if our community is the right fit for you.
If you change your mind within 60 days of joining, we’ll give you a 100% refund — no questions asked.
I haven’t seen anyone reporting issues getting a refund on their purchase, so you can rest easy with this guarantee.
Here’s what Food Blogger Pro’s dashboard looks like once you’re logged in:
Something unique about this dashboard is the focus on forum discussions. They are quite easy to find, and so is the Crush Your Goals section which acts as a shortcut to most visited lessons.
There’s also a live chat in the bottom right corner (shown above) which is a handy way to access the support team.
Food Blogger Pro impressed me even more with the material offered, though. There are a whopping 79 modules, and they seem to cover it all: blogging basics, culinary advice, blog monetization, photo and video editing… you name it!
Better yet, these don’t feel rushed. Most of them have many short videos, which is a good thing for holding attention. Most modules last 30+ minutes total. The videos don’t have subtitles, but there is a text version right underneath each one.
This course also comes with plenty of bonus materials. It has many checklists, some templates (such as an email template), and a course tracker to remind you of your current progress. Given the amount of core material provided, the latter will probably be of huge assistance to you.
The team behind Food Blogger Pro also often organizes live calls that you can easily find and join from the Live option.
Finally, there’s a forum where members can discuss various topics and ask for help. It looked quite active when I checked it, with the majority of topics having new comments within the last month or so…
Here are a few things to like about Food Blogger Pro…
Some knocks on Food Blogger Pro…
If you are committed to creating a food blog, you can’t really go wrong with Food Blogger Pro. I’m confident you will find it to be an excellent investment.
It probably isn’t ideal if you’re already a full-time blogger, or if you’re NOT looking to start a food blog in particular.
If you are in the latter group, but are new to blogging, there’s still a chance you’ll get something out of this course. The core training is so comprehensive that you should find lots of useful info.
Just be aware that success with such training usually requires a significant amount of time and effort. (This is true for all types of online business.)
