He Paid $7K For An Instagram Page That Just Raised $2.5M

In 2016 someone messaged him for tips on growing @centerconsolesonly. Alan liked it better than the boat page he already ran, so he made an offer instead – $7,000 for 30,000 followers.

Then he pitched promotion on the page to a boat builder he knew – a company that had sold one boat 👇

I actually got them to give me half of the seven grand, so $3,500 in exchange. We helped them grow their company. They were at one boat sale, I think, in their infancy. We got them to 16 or 18.
