Reach out to clients/contacts you haven’t spoken to/worked with in the past 3-6 months. Send a short email and ask what they’re up to, if they have any holiday plans, and if there’s anything you can help them with in 2020. It’s a really natural time to pop into these folks’ inboxes with a friendly hello and “don’t forget about me!” message.
Such a simple thing, and probably quite effective.
Even if you don’t get any direct bites from those clients/contacts you reach out to, you’ll have put your service “top of mind” for them again. Meaning they’ll be more likely to mention or recommend you to other folks.
