Someone – let’s call him Dougal – emailed me this question the other day:
I want to start an online business but I heard that PayPal doesn’t work in some countries. Do you know if it works in South Africa?
My first thought: Dougal is doomed ☹️
Because instead of Googling that question himself and finding the answer in ten seconds, he emailed a stranger and hoped for a response.
Please, don’t be like Dougal.
