The basic idea is that you find someone you admire and start doing stuff for them without asking.
Video editor? Cut up their best talks into shareable clips.
Writer? Organize their tweets into a book outline.
Designer? Illustrate their ideas.
Etc, etc, etc…Worst case scenario you get some experience and add a ton of free value. Best case scenario they do your marketing for you, put you infront of a ton more people, and maybe even give you a job themselves.
