The knowledge required to ride a bicycle can’t be fully captured in words and conveyed to others. We need “tacit knowledge,” the sort we only get from bruising experience. To learn to ride a bicycle, we must try to ride one.
A year ago it was mainly just me doing everything in my business. Now I have a team of contractors helping me out every day 🙏
I’m still getting used to hiring and managing people – it definitely doesn’t come naturally to me – but I know if I keep trying to ride that bike every day I’ll eventually get pretty good at it.
