I do 10+ customer interviews. After a while, it’s super hard to keep all that context in my head.
I have recorded Fathom videos but who has the time to go through them. Thinking of building an internal tool for “Voice of customer”.
I should be able to:
1. Provides sales calls I’ve done as transcripts
2. Ask questions like – “what are people struggling with” etc.
3. Get answers with specific quotesThen I can take this and ask an LLM: “How should I write my landing page based on these customer pain points”.
