I heard about Dakota Robertson at about the 27-minute mark of this interview with Sahil Bloom…
Earlier in the same video (20m mark), Sahil talks about the “massive opportunity” he sees for creating a LinkedIn growth agency. The strategy he recommends is to find someone with a big following on Twitter but little following on LinkedIn. Then use a tool like TweetPik to repurpose their popular tweets into LinkedIn content.
You would pitch the service like this (paraphrasing Sahil)…
Hey, I’ll post to your LinkedIn three times a week. We’ll grow you to 50K followers by the end of this year.
Sahil reckons you could charge the right client up to $5k/month for this service, it could take as little as one hour per week to repurpose the content, and you could build a team to scale the business 😎
The key would be finding the right clients. IMO, the ideal client would be someone who has a high-ticket product or service to sell and a good funnel already set up for it. LinkedIn then becomes another marketing channel for them, one that can generate a nice ROI with your content repurposing service.
