Link Moser runs a site called NHFineHomes.com.

It’s basically a site showcasing high-end real estate listings in New Hampshire.

In a recent interview, Link explains how the site generates leads for his own real estate agency and others. The commissions can be huge 💰

Last year, for example, Link sent a lead to an agent who closed a $7.2 million lake home in New Hampshire. He negotiated to get 30% of the agent’s commission, netting over $50,000.

The domain NHFineHomes.com is almost 20 years old, which is helpful for search engine optimization. But, according to Ahrefs, the site has a domain rating of 24 out of 100, so it’s not super strong.

The site’s top 3 keywords in terms of traffic, according to Ahrefs…

All three have a “keyword difficulty” of 15 or less. So not the toughest keywords to rank for.

Might be worth doing some keyword research in your own local area, see if you can find some low hanging fruit (ie. low competition keywords that deliver leads you could sell).
