• Didn’t earn any money the first 8 months
• 14 months until his first $1000+ month
• $1965 spent building and running the site
• Could sell now for about $20,000

If you factor in the time Dan spent on the site, his ROI isn’t all that great.

But I’d argue that the biggest win for Dan is how much he has learned along the way. He’s developed some legit, real-world SEO, content creation and project management skills that he can leverage in many ways going forward.
