$35,000 Profit in 2 Years From a Couple of Side Projects

In 2022, i started by acquiring two microsaas projects actions.so and chartmat.com which I sold in 2023 and early 2024 respectively. 

Both of them were sold for 5 figures…

Actions.so wasn’t monetized when he acquired it, got it to $500 MRR pretty quick, sold within 6 months for 3x the original purchase price 🤑

Chartmat was making $300 when acquired, Deepak got it to $30K ARR before selling for “almost 2x” what he paid.

If we assume Deepak bought each product for $5000, he likely earned approx $45,000 via revenue + the eventual sales = $35K profit 💰

A nice ROI for a couple of side projects.

It took me 1-2 months of research and patience before i found what products i want to buy. I was mainly looking to aquire as i didn’t wanted to spend time building MVP and quickly test the market.
