Glad that you mentioned that. As a matter of fact, I’m planning to start in the same direction of creating and maintaining a database for highly targeted purposes (or a niched directory). But I have plans to walk even an extra mile and that’s offering the entries/businesses on my directory some other complimentary services just to create (an) additionl revenue stream(s).
I’m sure I won’t be turned down by many as I will give them value straightaway. So let’s see. The real thing is to put whatever’s in my mind, into practice.
