I share a lot of success stories in this newsletter, and they can make it sound like it’s easy to build a successful business.

But for every success story you see, there are ~99 failure stories you don’t hear about 😔

So if you’re struggling as an entrepreneur, don’t beat yourself up about it. It’s supposed to be hard. If it was easy, everyone would be doing it.

It took us almost exactly 1 whole year to get our first paying customer on our SaaS.  Then 2 more years to get to 20 customers.  Now, 4 years after that, we are doing AUD 7 figures ARR. Don’t give up to early. Persistence eventually pays off.
